Oyinbo men DESIRES Black women regardless what country she is from.  It is the looks and stigma that keeps them from EXPRESSING it openly.

That I will definitely agree with. They love them some Jamo men for real. Jamo and Carib men definitely dominate the oyinbo women on the East Coast (America).
