@ egin the POP charge us 600 per square meter (mat and lab) for wall screeding and 3000 per square meter for POP ceiling, cornice and center designs. on the ground floor where we have just ceiling screeding and cornice only, he charged 2300 but where we have centre design on the grd floor like sitting room and dinning he charge 3000. Eventually we negotiated evreything down 1.3M

Can you please confirm how satisfied you are with the job done for you and the quality of the works. Also can you upload the POP pictures showing designs and if possible the contacts..i.e phone numbers. Awaiting response

quite a while i posted on this tread. our client went on recess to gather muscle for the final finishing.
Some activities took place recently
power house construction, compound filling, external drain and cover slabs, paving stone, tiling work.

We also produce about 400 sqm of paving stone. The break down of material cost will be uploaded later.

36 pcs makes a sqm, you have option of using 1//2 inch granite or chippings, with either sharp sand or stone dust. For commercial purpose producers makes 120 out of one bag of cement and often they dont use granites or chippings at all or a very minimal qty. In our own case we use granites, stone dust, and cement.

Grainites (1/2 inches) 40 tons

stone dust 40 tons

cement 144 bags (36 x 400 / 100 = 144)
Diesel 25 litres and black oil (for easy removal of the mould after cast)

Water proof cement 1 bag (optional: this is just to make the surface of the stone water proof)

Pigment 1 bag (this for colour stones)

Production rate btw 200 - 300 / sqm

Sand Bed for laying 30 tons ( this may vary depending on your surface preparation)

Laying labour btw 300-400 /sqm

Note ensure your sand bed is water to allow for proper compaction before stone is laid on it, also in the process of surface preparation you may engage the use of compacting machine (pls dont go and use axial roller with vibrating impact as this may cause a serious crack on your building, you may also apply some weed control chemical or lay a DPM)

sorry a quick correcton the water proof cement is 2 bags and we bought at 11000 per bag. The total cost for our production was 711,200.
installation for a yard that will take up to 400 sqm will cost btw 280 - 300k (it could be plus or minus this range depending on you compound level) in our own case we spent 281,000

Thank you very much. I didn't know the Waterproof cement is that much money.. N11,000 per bag?
So in estimation for that size, N1m should finish everything, materials and installation labor.
Just preparing for something like that.. I will get in touch with you and keep you updated when time is right.

well within the shallom estate where this structure is located, 3 bedroom flat currently goes for about 700k, we have not decided what the ent would be yet. The client is really giving a luxury finishing indeed. The tiles for my client's use are 5mm thick italian tiles quite expenxive, all other public areas such as stairs, balcony are marble. The other three flats living room and public area are marble, rooms are 60 x 60 imported porcelain gold tiles, full cabinet in the kitchen and standard wardrobes in all the rooms with shoe racks in master bedroom.

yes mr peter is d man on d job. my client shipped in d marbles they are 60 x 30 they were cut at d site by d tilers

I thought as much. As a matter of fact I can never engaged any Tiler who do tiling for 350 or so because one can't get quality work. At the end of the say they will rubbish your expensive tile. I am talking from experience

Had a good experience with Mr Peter and his men in Ondo last August. Was charged same amount. They did a marvelous job on my duplex.
