This is a good thread and i hope we employ it to handle real relationship issues.

  1  I know many eligible sisters that are overdue(educated,mannered,employed)  and are still single. We have many of them around and you know it is not   moral for a woman to start displaying the fact that she is willing.

   2 We also have good muslim men around who are ready but cannot find the right sisters.

   3 Other categories of singles are widows/widowers or divorcee who are planing to re-marry.

  We should spend efforts to bringing these categories of people together before the issue of meeting qualities/requirement is addressed.

I think it will be rewarding if one can engage in solving this societal issues affecting our brothers and sisters.

@Voltron, Please read the post again. Single Muslims it says and not Single Muslim women. I think its not a must that you reply to every post that does not concerns you.

My fellow muslim brothers and sisters, we should not be discourage as our quest for strong-footing in our religion by seeking a muslim brother/sister in marriage is a noble thing. I am sure that many of us have relatives who through marriage have changed. Who should continue to encourage ourselves to do the right everytime.

a great discussion so far i would say for the singles. something i had enjoyed too. Well, if the married can share their experience, these qualities are most times relevant just before you say i do.
if you are ready for marriage and looking out for him or her then its actually time to learn something different.
its not about not knowing a book by its cover but knowing that its got the relevant chapters.

@topic. I know we have a lot of quality people here (male/female) and there is really no need for some people to miss-out on each other as husband and wife (Remember to invite me for the wedding). There has to be a way for them to get introduced to each other and see what good may come out of it.
