That you are a very WEAK Man with No Morals or Personal Dignity! sad

2k or 5K Salary increment Bought you, so Easily! 😒

But the salary increment was far more than 5k. So, why exactly should I go on strike when I know subsidy is not sustainable? If we continue with subsidy and government finances get to the point where my salaries can no longer be paid, will you be responsible for paying my salaries?

[quote author=Confirmedzombie post=123557716]Since the announcement of strike by NLC, both Atiku and Peter have not altered any word.

Its obvious Peter obi and Atiku are the mastermind of this purported strike action by NLC.

Both Peter obi and Atiku are people who talked heaven and earth to change Nigeria but can't rise up on their voices to back the subsidy removal all cos they lost the election.

Honestly Nigeria dodged a bullet not voting both Peter obi and Atiku.

_Forwarded_

*Double Standards of our people*

Firstly, there is nothing wrong for an individual to campaign with Obi.

Remember NLC Lagos campaigned very well for Asiwaju...

2ndly Ajaero did not against the removal of subsidy including myself and other Nigerians that know the fraud in subsidy.
I have listened to him very well, he did not against it but against the process, that there was no consultation and no arrangement on ground.

By history, Tinubu and others were against Jonathan on the same reason in 2012 that Jonathan did not consult very well and that he removed subsidy in January 6 when people that travelled for new year can not return with peace.
They said the timing was wrong and asked Jonathan if subsidy is the new year gift for Nigerians in the new year.
*It is the same reason Comrade Ajaero is opposing the process.*

Again, sincerely if Atiku or Obi had done the same thing president Tinubu did, *will APC keep quiet and agree..?*

Our people are full of double standards.
Labour union has no correlations with parties.

Comrade Oshiomole metamorphosed into political party via Labour Party. He sold Lagos State workers out during the time Tinubu held sways as the Lagos State governor.
The duo are now birds of a feather.

*Whatever you sow u shall reap.*

The fact still remains, *Jonathan took the bold step to do away with the subsidy and was opposed by those who now believe its the right thing to do.*

_A lion has emerged killing all the lepers, we tagged the move a sanitation euphoria._
_But now the Prince and Princess were being visited by thesame lion we tends to change the goal post._

Subsidy removal is the best option, but don't let us call dogs bad name for it to be crucified.

If Buhari was in opposition, you would be blaming him and be calling him out for any problem your drug lord have. But as it stands, Innocent Obi will be at the receiving end.

Keep deceiving yourself while the suffering bites harder. I remembered how most protest against hardship came from your end in the last dispensation. The South Easterners went about their business. The same thing will continue. You guys will still be at the fore front of protesting the hardship. So far, thanks to your drug lord for announcing subsidy removal hastenly without proper plan. Most Igbos successfully added prices to their goods in stock. Game on grin cheesy grin cheesy grin
Oga rest... Its time to remove subsidy... Amd stop going back ...

Look at Nigerians fighting over politicians that don't even know they exist. They do not have money to pay for subsidy yet the same people paid themselves billions as severance packages for doing next to nothing over the last 4yrs. The said they don't have money for subsidy yet they pay themselves Billions as hardship allowance. They don't have money for subsidy yet they get billions as allowances and salaries every month. So long as Nigerians decide to be stupid these wicked devils we have in power will continue to mess with their feather brains.
They are talking about palliative like the one we had during the covid era when they gave nothing to the citizens and yet they hoarded the ones that was supplied by international donor bodies.
I blame the NLC for not being alive to their responsibilities and demanding that the salaries of these criminals in government be reduced so the country can make whatever savings they want to make. Why must Nigerians be made to pay for the profligacies and policy somersaults of the government? Is it their fault that the refineries have refused to work despite the resources sunk into them?
If subsidy is the only thing the citizens benefit from the criminals we have in power then so be it. Successive governments have not been sincere with Nigerians over the petroleum sector just like every other sector in the country. Everything is a mess.

Even if the Federal government releases palliatives,it will still not get to the masses but only ends with rich men in government. I think we should rather face it all this time around and avoid further excuses from people of authority.

92% of Nigerians do not understand what subsidy is, they joined the band wagon and are clamouring for unprecedented hardship that is here with us,NNPC and their counterparts should be brought to book to tell Nigerians where the trillions of dollars paid for this subsidy scam was credited.
The media has been playing down on revealing the truth for Nigerians to know. Those that shouted and took to the street during the time GEJ made same move to remove subsidy are the ones that have gone ahead to do same.NNPC should tell Nigerians the landing cost of a litre of fuel first.

It is even obvious to every Nigerian now that ajaero is solidly behind obi ..cos he did dramatize it during obi' s campaign. ..

So no one will take him serious, even his own tribe the ibo won't join him,cos they too know dat, it would not be right to protest against the wish of other Nigerians. .

Tareq1105:

I saw it coming and I've said it repeatedly that NLC under Ajaero would be factionalized bcoz he's political and we believe he's working for Obi LP.

Let Ajaero continue, he would be disgraced on Wednesday. Let him call out workers of obidients extraction but they shouldn't block the road so that others can go out to look for their daily bread.

We shall have Regional Unionism like NLC (Yoruba) NLC (Ibo) and NLC (Hausa Fulanis). That's where Ajaero is taking NLC to.

Stupid union leader. Unionism my foot. In fact, I'm withdrawing my membership of NASU tomorrow morning when I get to the office. What has union done for members? Nothing. It's only the dues that concerned them and T shirt on May Day. Nonsense. Thunder fire Ajaero and Usifo.

If they decide not to join, that is their own cup of tea. Some affiliates like NUT, the banking, electricity unions and NUPENG will do enough damage on joining. Sometimes, it is not everything we should be politicizing. People are really suffering due to this hardship.

So for your mind na only Igbo people of south East dey suffer pass for the subsidy. grin grin Lol

See make I yarn you, even if fuel is sold for 2000 naira per a litre, the poorest igboman will buy it from the high profits he made from your people.

I used to make 53k profits everyday but since 30th May my daily profits don jump to 107k.

All thanks to our dear president jagaban.

I swear this year go sweet die.

All civil servants and people we no Sabi anything about business go collect wotowoto grin grin

LeoDeKing:
NLC is the political branch of Labour Party while ipob is the terrorist branch.

The political branch is responsible for attacking Tinubu's decisions as the president. This is one of the unintelligent approaches to locate the exact spot where Obi's manhood is located.

The terrorist branch is divided into the social media and the illiterate department. The social media department is responsible for insulting anyone against Peter Obi while the illiterate department are on ground to physically attack anyone with view different Peter Obi's.

Since the terrorist branch has failed, the baton is now handed over to the political branch.

Majority of Nigerians are very okay with the oil subsidy removal despite the attendant hardship because they know the implications and the need to enforce it immediately. Nigeria can't be wasting her meagre resources subsidising fuel for neighbouring countries.

Stop living in the past, no one is coming to tell you anything, subsidy is gone, it is the rear view mirror.

Nobody is coming to tell you the landing cost of a liter of fuel, the sector has been deregulated, if you want to find out, go & import your own fuel.

No strike

What’s is the importance of strike when you should be talking of increase of salary

Not only salary increments but provision of:

Student Loan Board

BRT buses in Abuja and encourage state Govs to do same

Repair of refineries so that we don't depends solely on Dangote

Stipend for the aged

Prompt payment of pension to retirees

Better and uninterrupted educational systems

Good health facilities and upgrade of NHIS

Uninterrupted electricity

Car and Housing loan for workers at private and public sector

Establishment of industries to create employment etc.

What stops NLC from having a bakery or water factory?

What stops NLC from having workers housing estate where members can retire into?

What stops NLC from running an efficient transport outfit for workers to work and back at a cheaper price?

What stops NLC from giving any retiree who paid Dues for 20, 25,30,35 yrs at least 40% to enable him start a new life?

What do we see? Embezzlement and mismanagement of union dues.

I want to singled out ASCSN Ogun State branch. The branch is exceptional. They give loans to members and certain amount is given to retired members.

This is not happening at Federal. It's all to the headquarters and peanut to branches which they also embezzle.

NLC and TUC should be Audited by Auditor General. We shall get there. Thieves.

Money that your state & Local Government collected their share, and ate the one meant for you also?

You want the President of the federation to inquire from your state & Local Government, what they did with their own share from The FAAC?
