I was listening to TVC one day (by acciident cos I don't rate it ), then the reporting was reporting the election results that just passed and when she was calling the positioning, the LP candidate was third so instead of just calling his position as third, she called it distant third. she said "while so so and so (the LP guy) came distant third"

Immediately I looked up and saw it was TVC.
