nway op, I think what ur seeing is in the mind cz of the pop ratio. C,women are generally more in number than men, so in ur church 4 instance out of 100 people praying 4 jobs, 60 are women and 40 men. Therefore if 30 women and 20 men get jobs, u will see as though more women are getting it than men.but if u look at it properly ul see that the number of men getting the jobs is equal to the women.
Just my thoughts even though I am well aware other factors could be at play.

Poster is just plain lazy to look for job. Remember u dont go about looking for where to submit C.V with ur borrowed coat. Check job vacancies in the internet. Probably the poster's result is bad or he failed d aptitude test.
