Prenup All the way,

get it recorded with airtight stipulations

Toss it out, there have to be extenuating circumstances.

The society is changing, divorce is no longer carried out as previously.

Some lawyers are the ones behind the money grabbing cos of their fees n commission.

Definitely prenup!!!!!!!! to prove I'm not there to get his money.  grin  grin

Then consider it an insurance for your money. Atleast that does not have feelings like car and house
Insurance? It's an insult! So why get married, If you are to insult marriage?

Re: Would You Enter A Prenup? by MrsChima1(f): 12:03am On Jan 21, 2012
Prenup can be used for many different reasons. Some people use prenup to set up who gets what if the marriage doesn't work out etc. It doesn't have to be about the money, but it can also be an addition to a will.
Re: Would You Enter A Prenup? by Nobody: 2:45am On Jan 21, 2012
At the rate this world is going, yes.

All these people who you see now in bitter divorces were not fools.
At some point before all this they were having the same butterfly feelings as you do now, but something happened or someone changed, or got bored.

You would be daft not to make provision so that if any of thathappens, your amicable "Go your own way" doesn't become a nightmare (as it seems to always is for the man, bloody "justice" system).

So you will run and quickly accept a prenup, because your spouse to be is rich? You are a what? A THIEF! grin
Re: Would You Enter A Prenup? by Mynd44: 9:42am On Jan 21, 2012
No the rich party will only be insuring his/her money against gold diggers
Re: Would You Enter A Prenup? by Nobody: 9:51am On Jan 21, 2012
^^^
So you happy calling yourself a gold digger because your girlfriend is richer than you are?
Re: Would You Enter A Prenup? by IbroSaunks(m): 10:03am On Jan 21, 2012
this stuff transcends rich or poor status. imagine having to devote half your income to taking care of a woman you won't be getting any from, a woman that doesn't love you (anymore). no companionship, nothing! she may even use the dough to p.I.m.p herself up and start seeing other men. it's pathetic, seriously!
Re: Would You Enter A Prenup? by Adaeze003(f): 10:12am On Jan 21, 2012
prenup in naija? Lol!
Re: Would You Enter A Prenup? by pendo89(f): 10:20am On Jan 21, 2012
yes.
if ur marriage is headed for downfall a prenup or lack of it will not save it.
That means its not the glue that holds marriage together so whats the biggie?
sign it,send it to the archives and enjoy ur marriage.
Re: Would You Enter A Prenup? by IbroSaunks(m): 10:45am On Jan 21, 2012
it's not about saving the marriage, it's about losing only the marriage instead of losing your whole life with it!
