For the headaches, when does it come? It can be due to stress or insomnia.
Try to lie down in the dark, no distractions. Even if you dont sleep you will rest your eyes. Also try to get as much sleep as you can at night. go to bed on time.
If you dont get any changes, see your Dr.

I'm actually based in benin city I just have myself n my dh don't know anybody or good hospital to register for antenatal... please any info will be helpful sis....... God bless us

Your choice sis but if am to decide for u, wil prefer u use a govt hosp cos of specialist care, most private hospitals r owned by GPs. UBTH is in Benin rite? So u got one, just trace it and off u go.

Thats good news. Its called engagement. The baby is setting head to come out. That is why they tell us to take walks, it encourages engagement.
This may continue for a few more days/ weeks. Only God knows.

Jellymom UBTH is good but due to distance I had my baby at Edi International in GRA.Some people swear by St Philomena at Dawson road

Hi sis welcome and enjoy ur preggie.wishing u a stress free one. As for antenatal i tink its a 2 way tin.everybody with dia opinions though.if u have d money n u wish can use a professional private clinic.for me I prefer public if not cos of unpredictable strike et al plus crowd.I'm in Benin city too n I'm using Ubth but i will soon register in a private incase dey strike again n I'm due.

Thanks for the advice mama Zaynie, as for my being silent on the thread, I'll say I'm more of the shy and introverted type, besides that, I'm a first Time Mother to be and I prefer listening and learning from other experienced Mothers ...This thread has opened my eyes to so many things that money can't buy, grateful to all those who have contributed and still contributing to the the development of the thread......It's indeed being an eye opener for me....

Oh mama I went to make enquiries from St philomena n dey told me dat dey have private and public I ltr asked of the differ which dey said Public is 2x a week while private is just 1s
I just feel dey is more to it
