your case get as e be oh but i think she can apply as married. If she cant prove it that she gave birth to you, meaning her name and ur dads name must be in ur birth cet't and pics to support. The birthday pics when you were growing up, supporting doc, etc.
Good luck.

Hello house, one of my friend's name was abbreviated on his waec certificate e.g ADEOLA OLUWASEYI O. Can he write his name fully when applying for e-DV Lottery like ADEOLA OLUWASEYI OLUSOGA? Note: He's about to get his birth certificate through NPC soon. Thanx.

The instructions on the DV page says you must list your spouse, if married, and all children under 21, even if one, several or all of the people listed may not move along with you. Just list him. If you win and he later changes his mind, good. If he doesn't, fine. They'd never force you to go to the US if you don't want to go.

If it is 600 by 600 Pxl and 41Kb, that is okay. Because KCC said max size of 240kb does not mean you must bring the size to 240kb. Did you scan it or it's from the camera? You must have 'numbed' this cafe man.

You dont have to go to any business centre to do that. Just go to www.lunapic.com. Upload the pic, then click on edit. From there, go to resize and entre 600 by 600 in the spaces provided. Cheers

If you have a laptop or system, simply open the picture with Microsoft Paint. The click on resize, enter 600 in the two boxes under pixels, uncheck the maintain-aspect-ratio box, then click on okay. You're good to go.
