for the fact that you are married and still married him, you have to include you husband.
You can apply for him and surprise him if you win. All you need is his passport which i believe you should have. Scan his passport and adjust it to size.
Apply for yourself, include ur husband and child(ren) as beneficiary then apply for your husband and include yourself and child(ren) as beneficiary.

Nokia Asha 200's camera is 2 megapixel and so, I think u shld be able to use it. As for BB, you shld be able to use any. I stand to be corrected if I'm wrong.
