Your baby is overdue for adult food o. Don't be discouraged, just keep trying different things. Just make sure they r soft and mashed. Try soft amala, semo. Try mashed yam,sweet potatoes, irish potatoes,indomie, titus fish, eggs, oat, custard, fruits. Just try and give him little of wot u eat. Bt make sure its soft n mashed so it doesn't choke him. Good luck

His blender broke down sef ,so I'm using d main blender.
Wash it well and soak in water for some minutes before u use.
I started giving mine cheese balls around 9 months( not plenty sha) dats d only way I can keep him busy when we go out .

I gave my baby mashed beans and titus fish(sardines),bt he vomited everything,it make stressed out so much,I think I will continue giving him d cerelac and stop d whatever adult food,when he is old enough to eat it,he will eat,to be a mother is nt just a walk in d park,its nt easy

I think he like rice or indomie,cos u knw there is rice flavour in cerelac and he is used to it,I prepare rice with geisha fish for him dat day with some little chilli and little oil with salt,he ate it better,bt d only problem is d choking stuff,which I will start blending his food for him,bt I think beans is nutritious to d body,especially for babies,dats why I give him o

Make it tiny bits. If u make it big, it will choke it. Try and give him in very small quantity at a time.

what kind of oat,my dear,yeah its nt easy bt what can I do,I gave him one and half egg yolk yesterday and he collected it vry well,though he was crying while I was giving him,I think becos egg yolk doesn't ve any lump there,dats why he didn't choke on it or vomit,being a mother is nt easy,bt I think its our job to take care of them and see dat they re okay,dats our job as mothers,may God give us more strengths to take care of them as we wants,merry xmas everybody

To add my own recipe,afta my boy's teething saga,I introduced semo mixed with bonna milk(2) I made d semo lyk pap,well cooked o,he luvssss it and gain bck his weight,gave him eggyolk mashed,I add my breastmilk to soften it,I gv God all d glory cuz it suits his system,he is sixmonths,so its a gradual process..may d odds be in our favor,

I think maybe u should read up what someone says about it killing a child,u must be vry careful,what kind of food re u trying to feed ur baby to eat,why dnt u forcefeed urs with a spoon,I do forcefeed mine with a spoon,becos he doesn't want to eat at all,bt I gave him in little quantity,so dat he won't vomit,I think ur baby is teething,which is also doing mine,try to give him what he like most for now,I do give my baby cerelac becos he like it so much,though its expensive,bt what can I do

Am back again o, my baby is 6weeks plus buh did not poop for like 4days,he was not comfortable at all cos he makes d pooping face and cries, I was told to aid him poop by sticking methylatum in his bum, yeah it worked, he poo and slept peacefully, now he's having that feeling again.please is there another way apart from sticking smth in his bum? Thanks for your helpfu contributions.
