A woman who is based in Sacramento, California, USA, has reacted after being compared to Nigerian celebrity blogger, Linda Ikeji, due to their striking resemblance.

The pretty lady identified as Deona Hayes, revealed that she's honored to be compared with Linda whom she labelled a smart and beautiful woman. She also revealed that she has been getting many emails and messages as regards to the issue.

I have been getting tons of emails and direct messages comparing me to this Nigerian blogger named Linda Ikeji. I heard about her years ago but never knew what she looked like. Fast forward to today and I have to admit I do see the resemblance! This woman is smart and beautiful! She has launched her own monthly subscription streaming app and continues to break down barriers for women of color in the business world. I am flattered to be compared to such a Queen! Thank you!

A serious fight broke out between two ladies following a disagreement between them. The yet-to-be identified ladies took the brawl to the streets to showcase their strength after previously clashing over an issue which was not disclosed.

In a viral video posted on social media, the ladies can be seen arguing tensely, before deciding to engage themselves in a real fight which saw them land on the ground but that did not stop them.

Others who were present at the scene, did nothing to stop the fighting ladies.

Facebook user Jide who shared the video on the social media platform - didn't reveal the exact location of the incident.

A young hero has been hailed after struggling to save his life and that of his little sister during an attack on Dogon Noma village in Kajuru local government area of Kaduna state.

The brutal attack on the innocent villagers few days ago - was alleged to have been carried out by Fulani herdsmen.

According to Williams Kaura Abba, the young boy identified as Jonathan Badamosi, refused to yield to the bandits' attack.

The heavily armed men reportedly fired shots at the boy. The bullets pierced his hand and went to his abdomen. Badamosi was carrying his little sister, Muradi on his back. He had her when he was shot at. Yet, he braved it and refused to drop his little sister on account of the pains.

He bore the pains and despite the bullets on his fragile body, he managed to carry both his sister and himself to safety.

Help later came the way of Jonathan who is now receiving medical attention at Nasara Health Clinic Mararaban in Kajuru.

Parents and guardians have been warned to be careful how they leave their children/wards at home with workers following an incident which happened recently between an eleven year old girl and a painter in a part of Nigeria.

In a viral video posted online by the girl's father, the painter identified as Samuel tried to use the opportunity that the little girl was in the backyard alone and attempted to touch her breasts while working in the compound.

He told her to come so he could touch her breasts after 'sending her on an errand'. This prompted the little girl to slap him and run away. The girl later notified her family of what happened between her and the painter.

The painter's confession was recorded in a video and shared by the girl's father as he reportedly took to young man to the police station over the act.

A 14-year-old girl has been rescued over constant sexual abuse in Asaba, Delta state.

According to reports, the teenage housemaid simply identified as Happiness was allegedly turned into a sex slave by a man who is set to be arrested.

It was revealed that the young girl was given Postinor-2 tablets by her abuser in an attempt to prevent her from getting pregnant. It was also disclosed that she has been living in fear because of threats from the man who was abusing her.

After Behind Bars Initiative (BBI) got wind of the matter, they swung into action to rescue the maid as the suspected abuser is set to be apprehended.

The quest to make quick cash has landed a young man in trouble in Edo state, after he was nabbed with female panties which he stole and planned to sell before his capture.

The suspect who claims he hails from Warri, Delta state, was apprehended yesterday by residents in Igarra Akoko area of Edo.

During an interrogation by the residents, the young man confessed that he was told by a man to look for panties which he would sell to him for a fee of N300K.

He stole some panties successfully but was caught before he handed them over to the person who sent him on the illegal errand.

The suspect was later handed over to the police after much beatings, according to reports.

The Fulani tribe has raised an alarm after many of their cows were butchered by unknown hoodlums recently in Bassa local government area of Plateau state.

According to Abdullahi Yusuf, the attack on the Fulani herdsmen which saw their cattle killed - was allegedly carried out by Irigei tribe.

The people of Bassa and other Nigerians are calling on the appropriate authorities to look into the issue as quickly as possible in order to prevent a reprisal attack by the Fulanis.

Last year, some persons were killed by suspected gunmen in Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau State. About 15 of their cows were also killed during the attack.

A woman was tied up and tortured over allegation of witchcraft in Umuahia, Abia state capital.

According to Facebook user Jude Munaonye who shared a footage of the incident, the woman was accused of transforming from a cat to a human being and allegedly claimed she was initiated by her mother.

The woman who is said to be the daughter of Madam Obasi of Itu Mgbediala of Olokoro in Umuahia, was tied up both hands and feet as she was forced by her accusers to confess following the allegation.

Meanwhile, internet users have shared their opinion on the issue, with many saying the woman who looks abnormal might have psychological/mental problems, which is affecting her and has made people believe she's a witch.

Report has it that four officers attached to the Intelligence Response Team (IRT) of the Nigeria Police Force, have been arrested over fraudulent activities.

It was revealed that the policemen arrested four young men in a hotel in Asaba, Delta state and took them to Zenith bank in Owerri, Imo, without any official complaint - to withdraw N1 million to bail themselves.

The Behind Bars Initiative (BBI) were notified of the development and immediately swung into action which led to the arrest of the officers in Zenith bank while waiting to receive the bail money of N1m.

They are said to be seven in number but only four are officers, the other three are civilians who reportedly work with them as informants and help them to cash out money.

According to BBI, the civilians will be charged for impersonation and extortion while the four officers will face orderly room trial from Monday next week.

Two huge dogs suspected to have been buried alive were discovered in front of the popular Eze Imo palace, along Mbari Road - Ikenegbu Owerri in Imo state.

According to reports, the stench the already decomposing dogs became very unbearable that the traders around the area had to dive into active search as various suspicions began to arise.

After a while of digging, the first already rotten dog was found and in no much time, another big dog was also found buried.

The residents who have been left shocked by the development, are asking why anyone would want to bury dogs 'alive' especially in front of the famous Eze Imo palace.

A young man created a huge scene during the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) passing out parade earlier today.

The 2018 Batch 'A' Corps Members today completed their service year and held POP in their respective states of posting.

A corp member during the Passing out ceremony - attracted attention to himself after pretending to propose to another corp member.

In a video posted online, the young man can be seen kneeling down while pretending to be in tears as he tried to "propose".

Other corps members gathered in their numbers to witness the romantic proposal, that was when the young man brought out a biscuit from his pocket and stood up.

This made other corp members including the about to be "proposed" lady - to burst into laughter.

A young man has taken to social media to reveal how a lady almost caused commotion with her attire earlier today in Lagos as he dished out advice to Nigerian women over their outfit in public.

According to Facebook user Ben who is based in Lagos, a lady wore a transparent trouser to a bank with her pant visibly showing to the public.

The see-through pant was reportedly the center of attraction at the bank - with many eyes (especially men) focused on the lady's behind.

Ben also claimed that the lady who apparently loved the attention - was later advised/cautioned by an older woman who felt embarrassed by her revealing outfit.

Facebook users have reacted to the pictures, with most bashing the lady for attraction unnecessary attention to herself which could even lead to rape.
