@ sexystrawberry, its very small just the size of a medium orange, @ Funstufz, that's really funny.

Through experience, Vitamin C work wonders; Vitamin C deficiency can cause running nose... You can get 1000mg and take one tablet daily, but also check in with your doctor. Avoid cold environment, some people react to too much of air conditioner.

Well i see a lot of posters also recommend crayfish which i feel its not a bad idea, but from research too, its is said that cray fish are not so good for some certain blood group especially the B blood group. Its about eating right for your type. As for onion, scent leave they are also good. We still have some other spice like Turmeric, coriander, parsley and so on. My advice is never purchase already processed or mixed spice, you really can not tell what else has been added to them.

Food / Re: What Is The Best Seasoning For Cooking Generally? by Fancier(f): 10:18pm On May 01, 2013
Secret seasoning without Maggi are
1. Garlic (Powder or wet paste)
2. Ginger (Powder or wet paste)
3. Locust bean i.e Iru in Yoruba (grounded or seeds)

Combination of two or three of this seasons, gives your food a taste you wouldn't resist. As for the garlic you can use little quantity. This is tested and approve by folks around me, you can try it also and come back to comment your result.

This combinations also have lots of health benefit which can help your family also...

Good-luck

I was 10years old, and had to take my grandma to my aunty's place who newly put to bed at itire-ijesha. We took a wrong bus and we ended somewhere else. when we alighted i felt it was the same area, so we started walking thinking i was going to locate the building. Hmm it wasn't funny at all, the worst part was when i realize we were lost, i looked at my grandma who just came from the village i couldn't tell her we are on a wrong route i just kept on trekking until we found ourselves on a bridge. My grandma just look at me and said hey where are we crossing to and i couldn't respond. She just screamed this was already past 7pm everywhere was getting dark. Eventually we ask for direction, first we were given a wrong direction, but we later got home. Till date when i remember all the exclamation my grandma was saying in my dialect, i just can't hold back from laughing.
