ROFLL it's more like, mi hofni, barka be julde, mi hofniiii barka da sallah, zoriyya santi, Mo Allah himi! You didn't do badly lol. The song as you suspected is a mix of Fulfulde and Hausa. The Artist himself (Babajo) is from Cameroon.

Yes indeed. I sometimes feel so disgusted with their double standards that I crave for separation of this country away from them.
They are using their media to distort the over all picture; amplifying Fulani atrocities and completely ignoring or down playing those against them.
All this is because Buhari, a northern Fulani Muslim, is president; they want to link him to (their biased reporting of) Fulani crimes in order to discredit him - just hateful divisive tribal politics.

I know what you mean, I am tired of these bigots too, but it is not my wish for separation as I am sure there are "some" good Southerners out there that are not pretentious religious bigots. I have experienced nothing but hatred on these forums, and because of the hatred and bigotry that people from the North experience on these forums, many have left.

You are absolutely correct, they utilize their media to distort the overall picture. My question is why isn't the media something that is equally controlled? Why is controlled predominately by Southerners?

They killed 720 in Mambila, Taraba, aided and abated by known state govt officials; even though some of the perpetrators were caught, they were later ordered to be released as free men till date - nobody cried or did anything for the Fulani.
On the other hand when 73 were allegedly killed in Benue, they have been wailing ever since.

Exactly my brother, this forum is full of bigots predominately from the South that would beat their chest when a non-Fulani gets killed, but when Fulanis get killed in the hundreds, these same vultures that pretend to be religious laugh and look the other way.

Fake news, another way of putting Fulani people in a negative light. When Fulani people get killed the same hypocrites could care less.

I discovered I have interest in software engineering after I have really gone far in studying mechanical engineering. I still want to do software engineering but kinda confuse where to start from; I am really a fast learner, will be glad if you can be of help. Please reply via email - ehiheboloaugustar@gmail.com

I know that our internet service monthly data allotments here in Nigeria stuck. I would suggest coursera.org

You must ask yourself though what you want to do in this field. There are a plethora of paths that you can follow.

With your background in mechanical engineering, you should do fine.

I do agree that African immigrants are the most educated in the United States. However, I even believe that the numbers are grossly underestimated. Look at the United States census form. Africans are not able to mark their respective nationalities whereas Asians can.

@pagan9ja I am a Black American who recently discovered that my mDNA traces back to the the Fula people. I found one of your posts while trying to learn more about ancient Fulani religious beliefs and customs and wanted to connect with you to see if you could point me to resources that would help my exploration.

I apologize that this is off topic. I am brand new to this forum and don't really understand how to send a private message, or if this platform even allows for that.

Hello, it's great to see an American take a test and find out that she's Fulani. I would like to welcome you to the community, mi salmini ma Pullo debbo! Nairaland o noddi ma!

people stick to Windows cause its easy to learn and doesn't require long term support

It is also the mainstream. For me as a programmer/Comp Scientist, Linux is the only way to go. I will give MacOS a close second, but their hardware and OS are only limited to Apple (unless you get a Hackintosh).

If you do that it's discrimination. You have 48hrs to ban this moniker. You are playing with your job. I will report you for engendering bias and favoritism in nairaland if you fail to act. Do you think im playing with you? You bloody coward. You will ban this moniker or youll be in soup. Even if just 30mins...go ahead and restrict access on this moniker now. Im going to log out. The problem with low IQ individuals like yourself is that you have an insanely difficult time following simple rules.
