As a Medical Student in Naija many years ago, 20% of my classmates cheated to pass exams.

Imagine where the clique of students who knew that if they failed first MB exams second time around, they will be kicked out of Med school.

So, they then do division of labour on the sylabus with some specializing on studying ONLY upper limb or lower limb or head and neck, etc and then they sit at the back of the class during exams and compare notes and end up scoring 100% in the exams and this is apart from some Profs children who will have seen the exam question days before the exam

Its no wonder that today, I trust a google search more than any Doctor.
