So probably when ASUU decides to pity us and allow schools to resume, I might lose weight

Imagine what you are saying? is it not because the metabolism is high he needs to eat more to exceed normal daily intake. I actually meant 3k Calories. and it comes mostly from Carbs. for him to mass weight he needs more than the normal daily limit. I am giving him a practical approach I used for myself and. I am now bulky and far more healthier. If you have never been in his shoes you will never understand what he is saying. same way the fat people around me where telling me all sorts of stories until I listened to someone who had been in my shoes. he must hit 3k calories and minimum of 100g daily to gain mass, outside that its not possible.
