I returned home for Christmas last year i couldn't believe what i saw my brother doing. I have had a discussion with my parents we really don't know what to do right now.

so what should we do about this matter now ? It's either you guys accept him the way he is or you just ostracize him because there's nothing anybody on Nairaland can do about the situation

It's normal bro, it's a way of nature,in this world,we've seen someone with male and female private part before and they are still existing,we've seen conjoined twins etc,it's possible that his female soul was trapped in male body,it's possible that we can correct something when kids are still young but for 19 years old adult,there is nothing you guys can do again, just leave him to live his life.

Always talk to him normally,give him some advice on how to behave,show him love,let him know that you guys will always be there for him,please don't involve religion people,don't expose him to public,don't force anything on him,cuz the more you guys impose something on him,the more he loose trust on u guys and the more he drifts away, you guys might eventually loose him to public, I mean this might let him go away from home.....

Some of you are throwing jokes around over a serious issue involving a loved one. You would not know what feelings certain odd situations evoke until they happen right inside your house.

Op, your parents should have arrested this oddity as a child. Now he is fully grown into it mentally, spiritually and emotionally. It's going to take divine intervention and grace to reverse this damage. This is a battle nobody wishes to encounter. May GOD show up for your family in JESUS' name!

You guys spoilt him. Imagine wat u r saying, dat u felt it was just small kid stuff. because him na last B. Most gay people are from wealthy homes. U can't b gay and live in a ghetto area. Some Nairalanders are so daft tbh, I see no problem with him being gay, he's an adult, he didn't choose this, although I don't think anyone is born gay, his childhood is a big prompter of his actions. He should live his life as he sees fit without you or any of his family members
