I wasn't on any special diet o. Stayed away from caffeine, alcohol (of course). I was on Pregnacare Conception b4 I started. I have come to realize dat d most important part if d treatment ( after God of course), is d skill of d Dr doing d embryo transfer) mine was an Indian) and d quality of d embryos or blastocyst ( mine were grade 2).
The rest after d transfer was also impt. I stayed back in a hotel.Drank at least 2litres of water everyday and religiously taking my Cyclogest, Progynova, Gestone injection & d supplements.
Reminding God everyday that there is no record anywhere whr He lied & therefore my case won't be different concerning bearing fruit.

It is well. Just relax ur mind. U will smile very soon. Take 2d doctor's advice & rest 4 a month. As 4d Duphaston, never heard of it. Am just about 2months old on dis thread. Just tryin 2 aquire knowlege 2. Maybe d experienced modas can help u out on dis. It is well

My sister na the tsunami true true oooo plus i couldn't access my email as well and I have also been traveling a lot. But I have been reading everyday oooo and I have been thanking God for all his wonders and the ones he will still do for us. But I am back now ooo. No matter the Tsunami the enemy wan use disturb our progress God will not agree. He will restore all at his time. Amen.
