@Didiva, take vitex all through your cycle as it stimulates the pituitary glands to release estrogen and progesterone in the both phases, then you can add wild yam during your luteal phase. secondly, you can take soy isoflavones for 5days just the way you would have taken Clomid cos it is a natural Clomid and works same way Clomid works. @olubankemi,thanks for ur response. I started to notice it after marriage and as of april 2013 i dont have fibroid from d scans i did.as for d anaemea and lack of zinc i dont know,but i will try to cut my sugar intake as u suggested though sugar is not my friend already. NB:it is only one piece a month and i differenciate it from normal clots with dat pain when it wants to come out and its appearance. |

hello ttcers,i once posted some few weeks back that dh went for test and his sperm count was 3mill but the doctor didnot place him n drugs he told him to come back after a month for another test,i seek advice here and you guys adviced me on some drugs for dh,i placed him on wellman conception,manix,bco,vitamin E,walnut. a month after that was last week monday he went back for the test.lo and behold,still the same 3mill  .the doctor now placed him on a drug to use ADDYZOA i hope i get the spelling,he said after 40day of use he should do another test,that if there is no improvement he will be referred to an urologist.or we either go for IVF or Iui,what is your take on this?should he wait till 40days before seeing d urologist?should we opt for alternative(age is not on hubby side cos most of his mates have 2 or 3 so he is so much hungry for babies)or should we see the urologist as soon as possible. N.B we just got married 5months ago. |

Ok dear, maybe u try vitex as dash suggested bt dnt take together with caber. Hope the tests were done 7dpo cos if u dnt ovulate on day14 doing d test on day 21 won't gve u accurate result. Best is count 7days frm day of ovulation n do d tst on d 7th day. Goodmorning all n hapy sunday. |

bolateetoe: @Bolateetoe. I have searched for ADDYZOA in all leading pharmacies in Lagos and other cities and all I hear is ADDYZOA is no longer in the market. Simply place your husband on Fertilaid for men, count boost and motility boost. When wify showed her doctor my test result sometime ago, the doctor simply and wickedly adviced her to consider another man and simply walk away from the marriage. To cut the long story short, after two months of these combinations, count is now at 35mil as at last month and will be above that by now. Motility use to be 0%, now 75% active and morphology 75% as well. Above all, prayers matters too. Don't loose hope in God. 5 Likes |

@viviparity, HWA, how come your 2nd anniversary is on Saturday? Did u get married on a Thursday? @Didiva, you can get soy from any pharmacy , and I think you can take vitex with any other drugs except Clomid, vitex does not have any hormones in it unlike Clomid. Just make sure you give a space of 1-2 hours btw them. if you have any more questions feel free to ask. 1 Like |

@TCF1980 thanks for the response is it that the fertility blend has count boost and motility boost respectively?should he continue to take the other drugs alongside the fertility blend?is your case similar to dh case?what and what did you do apart from the ferilaid used. i will also much appreciate your swift response.my husband fear is i might leave him for another man.lolz but if i want to,i wont be doing all this research for him.afterall the drugs he used before the doctor prescribed was don by me through this forum(he must not know am here asking questions,lol) |

Safe, na only u waka come! After all the running away you did. You no ask after me. Na embryo go develop in your uterus Didi, contrary to most beliefs, sometimes women don't ovulate on day 21. You need to track to period. Get an ovulation stick, when you see a positive, you test 7 days afterwards. It's 7 days I'm quite sure of that, then you can now test for progesterone level. Some women need help with progesterone so you might or might not be one of them. So start a new cycle and monitor it your self. Hope this helps!!! Bolatee, what of motility and morphology level? Waow, really missed this forum, congrats to all bellefull mamas, @ safe06, welcome back, been wondering where to get those bedroom tips after ur "leave". @ iyabetajos, na you be dat? @ oldbies? And newbies I dey greet o. Just recently, after trying for almost 3 yrs wt various self medication (believe me, I had a complex cyst to show for this), I decided to take the bull by the horn and started my fertility clinic @ Luth. Done various test, the latest being HSG (almost dead b4 they began but felt NO pain at all). I'm ready to start trying again wt a renew strenght (I only pity dh). Beetle: i think we should do more research on the day 21 progesterone testing.............from my rsearch its not a fixed day 7 thingy...it should be done btw day 5 to day 9, cos pinpointing the exact day a woman ovulated without scientific methods is not really easy...so i guess thats why the 5 to 9 days after ovulation window is used. |

Deezou:My dear; taking time 2 draw dat stuff really made me laf ds aftanoon . It reminded me of wen I 1st noticed sometin similar even worst. I carried it in a container & rushed 2 a gynae who didn't even boda 2 look at it but rada waved it off & said it was due 2 fibroid & its no big issue. But afta fibroid removal 2yrs back, I still noticed it but just waved it aside. But dis few mnths of ttc, I noticed I don't see it anymore; wat did I do diffrently?; no more sugars. I don't even buy sugar again. If I must take tea maybe once in 2wks, afta my period,I use just bonvita & milk. I can't rememba wen last I took softdrinks maybe easter. I blend watermelon wit d seed & ugwu, drink a glass evry mrn afta taking d usual water on empty stomach. Do a lot of veggi & beans diet. I don't feel pains 2 unlike b4 wen I don't go out during AF cos of pain & 2 avoid staining myself. But now I can do all dose acrobatic display dose girls usually do in d Always Ultra advert  NB; if there's fibriod, avoid d ugwu juice as I've bin advised & it meks sense 1 Like |

I actually thot I knew alligator pepper all my life not until 2day I learnt I'd been confusing uziza seed to be AP but thank God 4 nairaland. But stil 2b sure I bot d rite tin as I didn't see it anywer sold in cups. Infact I was told it is sold dis way, I ve 2 remove seed frm d pod; so pls Can u confirm if dis is wat u bought?
