Pls I dont know if this is the right trend to place this questions but I just need some answers.
Pls I want to know how I can get my stay in the UK after giving birth in the UK and having someone who already has a stay to claim my child. Is there a tendency that my child will be giving a stay since this person is already a citizen and if there is a tendency how do I get my own stay as the child's mother can I use my child to apply for my stay if my child gets his stay and if I can how long will it take me to get my stay if I use my child. Thanks.
All impossible and probably illegal.
You can not "give your child away" in a civilised country.
Your child will not gain any rights by being born in the UK.
You will have made illegal use of the health service if you are not a UK tax payer.
You and your child will be deported.

Hi Justwise and other gurus here,

I need your advise,

When I applied for a study visit to the UK, I used the instructions on the below link as a guide for supporting documents, and I tried my best to be as detailed as possible, I was refused at the end. This is my second refusal, the first one was in February, a business visit in the Uk for the company I was working for back then.

https://www.gov.uk/study-visit-visa/documents-you-must-provide and https://www.gov.uk/general-visit-visa/documents-you-must-provide

I provided three personal bank accounts which I've been running for over three years (NGN, USD and EUR). I produced print outs from my Google Adsense publisher account which reflects all my publisher earnings to match the deposits made in my bank account - a balance of 10,945 Euros. I also provided my employment status, I recently joined Vserv and my monthly salary is 3,400 USD excluding reimbursements. I also presented my NGN account with a total of 336,215 NGN which is where majority of my account activities takes place. I also provided proof that before I joined Vserv, I was working with Ad Dynamo since January 15, 2013 and I was earning 250,000 NGN, excluding sales commission.

I thought with this, I've been able to prove that I have more than enough to support a one week trip and that I have reasons to come back to my country. I do not intend to stay an extra working day as I'm currently employed. My reasons for applying for the "Digital marketing and social media" executive program at LSBF (London School of Business and Finance) was because I needed to add more knowledge to my experience and the course was just perfect for my career. I do not intend to stay in the UK.

I remember noting that it was mentioned on the document guideline that - you shouldn’t pay for accommodation or travel until you get your visa. I had booked for 7 nights at Hotel Meridiana, Camden, London via booking.com and I was emailed that "Thanks, Tunde! Your reservation is now confirmed". Before I registered, I was not told that I will be charged for the booking bearing in mind that the instruction says that I shouldn't pay for accommodation until I get my visa. it was after I submitted my documents I noticed that booking.com tried to charge my account and since my card is tied to my GT Bank current account, it wasn't automatically approved. I had planned to get my visa before re-authorizing that transaction but in the end, it was one of the reasons I got denied.

Please advise on the best course of action for me to take.

I've emailed LSBF my visa application progress that there may be a need to defer my admission to the next intake so on Friday, 7th of November 2014, my admission has been deferred to March 2015. I would still love to go for the course in March but I just don't want another refusal strike

1. If want to reapply next time make your reservation directly through the hotel website and not through 3rd party like booking.com

2. Can you provide paper evidence to support source of those money in your accounts?

Noted.

2. Can you provide paper evidence to support source of those money in your accounts?

For my Euro and USD accounts, it's easy and I did that. For my Naira account, it will take serious work as I have a lot of inward and outward flow, Monthly contributions, some personal business deals like web design, advertising, paying for a land mortgage, I sold my old car and bought my new car e.t.c.

Can I apply using my Euro and USD account statement only? I have more than enough funds to support my trip using that. (Considering that I have submitted my NGN account on two occasions).

Hello House,i applied for a 6 months family visit visa last year and the visa was issued( myself, wife and daughter) we went to the UK in April and spent 18 days as against the 10 days stated in my application. My wife gave birth to another baby last month and i intend submitting another application for a family visit. i have the following questions:

1. Would the number of days spent affect my renewal
2. I want to know if i could apply for 2 years for my new son because me,wife and daughter want to renew for a 2 years visa.

Response would be highly appreciated

Those reasons for the refusal are straight forward and can be avoided if you want to reapply.
Yes you have more than enough money for the trip but it's important to provide source of those incomes. As long as you can show how you made those money then good, you can reapply anytime.

1. It's possible, you need to explain why you stayed more than stated.

2. You can apply for 2 years and it's up to the ECO to issue him 2 years or 6 months.

This is criminally possible but i wouldn't advice you to take this route, sorry if this is not what you want to hear, wait until your husband gets his stay then file for spouse's visa for you and your kid.

At the moment you are not entitled to use the NHS without paying because you are on visiting visa.

In the immigration system they have you as a married woman and your husband's name is there, his biometric details and yours are stored, so if another man turns up to claim the baby and they run a check in the system and it reveals that he is not your husband and him will be arrested for immigration fraud. This is not the process you want to put yourself and your baby through.

Yes your baby will get a British passport if by miracle the man claims to be the daddy and he was not caught at that time but the problem will start when you want to claim British citizenship because of your baby, a check in the system will reveal that you are married to another man different from the man on the birth certificate.

Good morning Justwise,
I applied for a visiting visa and received an email from teleperformance with this "Your passp0rt and any returned supporting documentation is now ready for collection" Having followed this thread closely, I was actually expecting something like "your visa has been processed" or "your visa application has been processed" I initially received an email from the UKVI stating "your application has been assessed and a decision has been made..."
Now, its "your passp0rt and any returned supporting document is now ready for collection" Is this good news for me or it simply leaves me with more suspense? Thanks

I'm not really sure about this but I think you need to fill individual forms for each person.

Those who have applied as a family before can correct this if I'm wrong.

You need to apply individually. Specify those that will accompany you in your individual forms.

Everything will go together at the point of submission at Teleperformance.

Hi guys, I'm a newbie here....
My question goes thus and I will need your humble reply. I applied for a UK settlement visa in 2008 but I was given after an appeal. I then used it as a visiting visa die to the fact that I was in university (2nd year) when the appeal came through and my parents were relocated back home. I was given 2 years and I traveled twice n it expired. Last year I applied for a returning visa I was refused (reason- my age mostly and I don't have an indefinite level to enter at the time I got my settlement visa). So know, my lawyer advised I apply for a study visa now and I have all the required documents to apply.
My only fear is I hope they won't see this as a means of wanting to go in at all cost and want to settle or will they see this as a fresh application.

I was advised to apply in Abuja as the success rates there is higher than lagos? Is this true.

Your honest opinions please. I really appreciate.

When am applying for the general visiting visa..i Used an hotel reservation,Sponsorship letter, and letter from school and other documents

The mistake was the school letter.. The school letter does not talk about my study or the course am study.. They only said am going to uk for visit..

This what the Eco Wrote...

I have noted that Hon. Oyegbami Zakariah Bayo has agreed to fund your trip .. However when assessing your application for a visa, the Immigration rules require me to be satisfied that you personally qualify for a visa.. You claim to be a student and produced a letter from your University. which i have reviewed as part of my decision . you have also produced a copy of your school Id card.. I note that the letter does not confirm your regular attendance.. I am aware that the letter was produced at your own request and solely for the purpose of this visa application.... I have taken into account the high level of graduate and employment and frequency on industrial action in nigeria institution.. with the evidence of your study am not satisfied that you are settled and established as a student to ensure your departure from the uk..

Do you think all i need to do now is just to request a new letter from school. stating about the course i study? Duration for the course and identify me a student of the school?
