example you buy a machine for 2 million, and the machine is expected to last 5 years thus every year to side aside 400k therefore at the end of the 5 years you will save enough to buy a new machine.

I will take his Average variable cost(per unit cost) to be his production cost divide by number of units...ie 5,349,500/500,000=10.7 let's say #11

Contribution= 20-11=9
Break even = 2,659,500÷9= 295,500
The break even is 295,500 units
295,500*20= #5,910,000

That is from his analysis, but not sure of his cost because his cost should be about 13 or 14 naira, 11 naira not looking feasible to me... If the cost is 13 to 14 naira then break even analysis will be about 400,000 units as he mentioned.

But the main thing is to have the idea...

To scale tru, u've to demonstrate ur biz idea is need driven n will most importantly employ at least 10 persons.
As graduate of far back, u've to also showcase wat u've been doing since graduation as a means of generating fund for ur propose biz idea.

Once you are selected on merit, u'll be expose to a week training. Then u'll have one month to submit ur biz plan.

In addition to what Chukwuka said, you'd only need to work with 70% of your totally grant of which 40% will be for "CAPITAL COSTS" and the remaining 30% will be for "OPERATIONAL COST"

It is very risky, u might be disqualified.. Even after interchanging your surname and first, are u interchanging your certificates What about your date of birth and address All this information will still be d same. From observation youwin is getting wiser by the day and will tackle all previous lapses...

I would advise you just do your part and leave the rest to God. Because there are alot of "WHAT IF" That we can not answer... E.g
What if Jonathan wins and Oil prices keep falling.

it is not compulsory your capital cost shouldnt be more than 40%. this exception applies to those with existing business and need external fund to buy equipment or machinery. this is why there is a section called 'additional information', here you can start the reason why your capital cost is more than 40%.

for example, you run a fish farm and your farm has a stocking capacity of 40,000 fingerlings but due to limited fund, you could only stock 4 0r 5 ponds of 20,000 fingerlings. if you request for fund, you can clearly state that the needed fund is for buying fingerlings and feeding them and this is way more than 40% since you already have the man power,equipment and land that can handle 40,000 fingerlings.
