adexolu:Was the transfer cash payment or straight from your salary account to your savings? |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by justwise(m): 7:54pm On Dec 10, 2014 |
wunmi38: If the daddy did not bring her over to the UK as a child doing that now will be almost impossible because she is an adult and married. |

adexolu: That should be easy to explain in your next application, match the amount withdrawn from your salary account and the amount paid into your savings account. E.g. If 1000 was withdrawn from your salary account today and paid into your savings account you should be able to explain to the ECO the transaction between your salary and savings account. That will explain the source of money in your savings account. |

THIS IS YOUR QUOTE AND MY CORRESPONDING ANSWERS. YOU IGNORED POINT NUMBER 1 AS WELL AS POINT NUMBER 4, THESE POINTS EXPLICITLY SUGGEST THAT YOUR TRAVEL HISTORY AS WELL AS YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES ARE NOT APPEALING FOR A LONG TERM VISA, AND YET, YOU CHERRY-PICKED POINT NUMBER 2 WHICH WAS A RESPONSE TO YOUR QUERY ABOUT YOUR INTENTION TO TAKE AN UNNECESSARY TRIP. esosa4real:1) The 2 years entry clearance is not issued on the basis of sequence, but on necessity when considered a frequent traveller who is constantly in need of a visa. 2) Although, you were issued a 6 months multi-entry visa, but the number of times that you traveled to the UK is irrelevant, even if you didn't eventually make the trip. 3) If you're not up to one year in your new employment, then how can the visa officer be satisfied that it is an employment that is sustained? And though, you do not necessarily need to provide payslips, but your bank statement is expected to display your earnings. 4) There is no harm in trying, but I don't think your circumstances as well as your travel history qualifies you for a long term visa. |

Oga @vicjustice.......i don hear u....lol Haba, i wasnt making you look silly mehn, calm down! I even said in my last quote to the others that i am confused about the whole thingy. I am still trying to understand it in this way. 1. The 2years visa thingy is not an outwright priviledge based on past visits even if multiple, but depends on the neccessity of my planned visit to uk...right? But you see i understand it well now, all i am asking in advice is: Should i simply apply for a short term visa again(6months)? |

hi, I have follow this trend for about 1yr now, I want to share with you my success story I applied for a UK visa for the first time in 2011 and I was refused. The reason is I didn't add evidence of my parent employment. I was given full right of appeal and I got the visa in about 6months time. I went to the UK and came back. I applied for it again in 2012 and I got it straight away. for all the two previous application I was a student. I graduated from school last yr June. I wanted to apply again but I didnt have any school document to apply for. I came to this trend and I followed series of questions and answer and I took a decision. I planned my application this year may. I applied for a professional course in one of the professional institution accredited by Ghana Education sevice and ICM- UK. I was doing a post graduate diploma in management. Though I went to the school for the sake of my visa application not for the certificate. another thing I planned was my bank statement. I made deposit into my application at the end of every month using my dad name us depositor. Now the time came for me to make the application but one thing was the course was six months course. I went to see the admistrator to give me introductory letter and state in the intro letter that I am doing 2yr course. He did that for me. I applied for the visa just last week thurday, with my uncles invitation document, I added my father document, plus my school document ( receipt, id card, transcript, intro letter) and I added my personal statement to it. In the application I stated in the additional information that my father support me on daily basis, by depositing money into my account. I got my visa yesterday. This trend has helped me alot. Thanks guys. |
