Hello House, Justwise and co, you guys are doing a really good job here. I am new here and i would like you guys to pls advice me on how to go by my re-application for UK visa as i was denied. I studied in the UK and i came back last year, got a Job and been working for over 11 months now and i planned to visit the UK for some days for my annual holiday, but my application for 2 years entry was denied based on this reason.....The VO started by acknowledging that i have studies in UK with no issues and ..."You stated that you earn xxxxxx per month and you have submitted payslips and account statement that indicates this. You submitted 2 bank statements in your name with a total of xxxxxx which amounts to over 5 times your stated monthly salary. You have not provided any evidence of the origins of these additional funds and I am not satisfied that these statements are an accurate reflection of of your economic circumstances here. This causes me to doubt that these funds are genuinely available to you...... Therefore i am not satisfied that you are seeking a genuine visit and intend to leave UK at the end of the visit 41 (i) and (ii). Furthermore I am not satisfied that you will be adequately maintained and accommodated whilst in the UK or that u'll be able to meet cost of the onward journey 41 vi and vii...... " . The statements i submitted are my salary account and personal account as i usually transfer my salary to my personal account immediately i'm paid. Hence, the balance in my savings account has been on the rise since i started the new Job. There are no heavy lodgements for the six months on my savings account and the opening balance of the statement was over 500k. Also my company paid a leave allowance of about 500k into my salary account a couple of days before i applied and there was a letter from my company stating the payment of the leave allowance. Pls what could have gone wrong? What do you suggest i do gurus in the house.... Thank you!

I need your assistance on an issue a friend of my asked me yesterday but ve been trying to get ans but to no avail: the father to her wife is British citizen she is gone there twice on a visit along with the grand child but he wants to know if the wife can qualify to move over there and the wife information is known to the British government because her details was submitted by the father long before now. need a reply thank you all

Was the transfer cash payment or straight from your salary account to your savings?

It has been answered over and over again. UK prefers a personal account, chances of getting a visa with corporate accounts are slim even for CEO/ s and/or MDs.

Yeah we all concur!! But em @justwise, in my own case, oga @vicjustice suggests that travel history is irrelevant in my case!!

I jux confuse o! It's absurd to me that I went to UK once and wanna apply for a 2year visa next! So I need to know what the norm is! Do I go again in my multiple 6months? Or jux get ready my documents and prepare 4 2years renewal? Thanks

Just for Remembrance sake, i am the medical doctor who was seeking guidance/advice on my application around the month of August and i visited this thread everyday for a month before applying, got my visa and travelled for my medical conference. I also visited Brazil a month later for another conference.
i plan to visit the UK by Gods grace in july,2015 just for tourism. But enh, my 6months visa expires in february 2015. These are my questions i need clarification on as regards my next move(visa renewal).
1. Do you advice i apply for a 2year visa? am scared about that o cos i visited the uk once. Or is it wise to apply for another 6months?
NOTE: my travel history is this (Nepal,2010 for conference, Ghana2014 for tourism, Uk oct 2014, Conference+tourism, Brazil 2014 (conference + tourism)
2. Or is it compulsory i go once more before it expires in february. will it increase my chances of a 2year visa renewal?
3. My employment status has changed, i was initially employed in a teaching hospital but my contract has terminated. I am working in a private NGO with smaller pay + i dont recieve payslips like the former? is this not a drawback? what can i do?
4. Considering my travel hx and all, will i stand a good chance with a 2year visa request?

Please note that Teleperformance does not know the outcome of the assessment and has played no role in the decision-making process.

If you a direct mail from teleporfamce it means you have been refused de visa.
If you have been given de visa, the message will come from de british high commission straight before teleperformance will send their own.

Hello thanks for the good work you are doing here..please i need your help here..Am planning to attend my brother's graduation ceremony next year in the UK and he will be inviting me and my family(me,my wife and 2 children) my salary will be okay to cover for the trip as my savings from my salary over time is about 1.2m cos. i receive 380k and send 180 to my wives account every month for the family upkeep.

1.I want to know if they will require any document from my wife because she does not work at the moment..I can get all other documents from my end i just want to know what they will need my wife to present.

It really depend on many things...e.g your company's yearly turnover, cost of the training and the employee's salary structure.
