Well, like they say; 'true love knows no bounds'. I'm all for restraints. I mean, you can't give everything out at once.... Save some But then, I fell in love once and threw caution to the wind. No reserves.... What am I saying?? Its impossible to hold back when in love. Like really in love. Try as you may, you just can't. ..... But I think ladies should not go all out.... Especially when he's not so clear. No! An eye for an eye! That's if you can...... (A man can control his emotions, ladies, not as much). 1 Like |

I remind my babygirl at least twice a week how i feel about her and the response have always been satisfactory... When i buckle in, she begins to feel maybe i am losing interest in her, as soon as i give her some re-assuring words, she illuminates and glows. If you like your babygirl, do not hide it, tell her often but not like a memory verse o. 2 Likes |

Some ladies thinks rationalism of affection will earn them some 'respec' but unknowingly it can also deny them of return of affection or scare the right person away. For me I will say, dont invest your emotion in person that is not accessible, what I mean is someone you can't see through his/her past, present, dreams and ideals and don't deny the other person his/her space of a relationship you are not ready to be committed to |

Urine: So, what you're saying, dear sir is that it is okay for a guy to ration love and not the ladies? You stated that women tend to act based on emotions, I quite agree with you. But don't you think this women and emotions ish is being over hyped. In our climes today, there are women who haven't discarded their emotions, yet they try to remain objective in their dealings. Fact is.......we're all emotional beings. We just express emotions in different ways and that doesn't make one gender less than the other y'know. I'm actually an advocate of mutual respect when dealing with people of all gender. But when you say 100% frank with her, could you please expatiate on that? Do you mean.....you really don't care whether she hurts or not? Seeing as you need to be a man and be so frank with her? Whatever happened to correcting people in love? I guess I'm misunderstanding you tho'........ Honerico1 made a valid contribution, imo. Women thrive on what they hear, how you're able to express your feelings of affection towards them. For me, it's as simple as this. If you know what your partner likes, if you know what sets your partner on the same page with you; *Be it words of affirmation, physical touch, gifts, qualitytime, or acts of service* As much as you can.......keep doing it, don't try to hold back. I am saying this under the assumption that you've found someone you really love o. As far as I'm concerned, if I'm not sure that I really love a person, I have no business being in that relationship.......that'd be akin to delusion. I'm coming to understand love from another paradigm and I can say unashamedly that I've never really loved while dating........even though I thought of myself as the best lover there is.......... One thing I know is that Love gives........in every ramification it can. It trusts. It applies Self Control If you had said something about Guys and Ladies Applying Self Control, not because they want to maintain a certain level of control in their relationship, or to prevent them from being seen finish or devalued --- but because.......they have this spirit in them which guides them as to when they're overdoing things and just smothering their partner unnecessarily, then I'm with you on that. |

MizMyColi: Where should I start from? I respect your views, when I say 100% frank, I don't mean a man should be brutal but you will agree with me that relationships can't be 100% lovey dovey, there are times we have to correct our partners or tell them the truth about issues. It's a responsibility to the one you love. I also don't think it has to do with "devalue". For example, we're dating and we just had a nasty argument, we step out of the house and a guy tries to attack you, I will DEFEND you despite the fact that we just argued. What's my point? Even though there's a need to create a sort of balance, deep down my heart, I still love you 100% |

This is one of the reasons right love birds may not get married Should I call it pride or a fake life? You don't need to manipulate people to be in control of the relationship, Unless you are catching fun, whirling away time while waiting for Mr/Mrs Right. If anyone tries this with me, I'll give you time to repent, after which you are a gunner, you will lose, i mean trophyless I don't play games Most people in this category come back begging for forgiveness. |
