Pls take your baby to a doctor. A one month old falling on a tiled floor is not something to be overlooked...it can lead to many complications.

Do u give ur baby any herbal concortion(agbo) or any other thing aside frm BM. If yes, it cld be d reason for d frequent stooling.

Please advise me. My baby also suddenly stopped taking her cereals, but she takes adult meals, her formula and BM. She also runs mild temperature every once a while. It all started 2weeks ago when she had very high temperature. I gave her paracetamol and wen it persisted I gave her Lonart antimalaria. She became better bt after abt 4 days d temp started again and this time with cough and catarrgh. So I took her to d hosp. We ran test and they discovered malaria and mild infection. So she was given malaria injection for 3days. She was also given flagyl and sefzitil suspension. Bt she always vomits d sefzitil. She's fine now except for d on and off temperature(not high) and the cough and catarrgh.
Kindly advise on what to do. Is it because she didn't take d sefzitil? Can u recommend another antibiotics to perform d function of d sefzitil. Why did she suddenly stop the cereals she used to like a lot?
A lot of questions running through my mind. I really want her temp to go back to normal

Was d bld just on d surface. bld frm inside his nose isnt a good sign. mayb u shld just go to d hsptl. its better u go and are told everything s well, than nt going and regretting later.

pls tk ur baby to d hsptl. if she still has fever after antimalaria therapy then go bk to d hsptl.do u hv a thermometer, if no, pls get one. its impt. u cld also gv her multivite. she probably has lost appetite after d illness. she ll recover it gradually.

You ought to have found a means to make her use it, as underdosage will have a side effect. The bacteria will come back stronger and maybe become resistant to the drug

Take him to see a consultant paed for full examination esp blood clot( once you mention clot paed knows the area to check).

Also, if you can afford a baby cot, pls get one. Its risky sleeping with a baby on the same bed for fear of suffocation esp for deep sleepers or you put your mattress on the floor. Good luck to you

You will have to try to force the drug for her. Try talk to some elderly women around you to show you how to gag down drugs for baby.its very important she takes the drugs.i suscribe to this than force feesing.since she has been administered drugs,she will be fine.the cough and catarrh are prolly teething signs and i think thats why the doc didnt prescribe anything.

FOR ALL MOTHERS saying their baby refused to eat, I discovered a new formular and it is working very well for me and some other persons who have tried it. Allow your baby to be very hungry do not even give breastmilk leave the baby for like 3 to 4 or 5 hours then feed, the child will surely eat, just try it, this may work for you too.

@Dammy0205,it depends if ur baby wil tolerate it and generally 'dey' say itsnt good bt I startd giving my healthy handsome looking son pap at 2 months plus because he refused all formular and also he refused EBM and I had 2 go to office.what I did den was I blended crayfish,groundnut,dry fish and soyabeans wt d pap,I think Jero and of course I prayed well too dt he tolerates it because I dint have any option den o..but anytime I tell anyone dey always tell me 2 stop bt I dint o.I make sure its always very watery,like water,and he took it very well,.any attempt 2 add a scoop of milk,once he tastes it,he wl refuse it..in conclusion dear,it all depends on ur baby

In addition,since ur baby takes nan 1,.and u feel it doesn't full him,u can try some other formulars dt are meant for hungrier babies,save ursef frm d stress of pap now..because u may need 2 be watching out for some symtoms of indigestn like abdominal distentn and allergy too..try 2 gt formulars meant 4 hungrier and let's see how it goes.I know dey v mentned some on d thread bt can't rmb any now.sure sabi mamas will tell u

hello pls,I want to tell u dat my baby dnt like pap,I was thinking maybe its becos of only the guinea corn,millet,and oka baba I'm giving him without mixing all d ingredients dat u mentioned here dats making him to refuse d pap,though I add formula to his pap,bt dat doesn't still make him to like it,can I add all d ingredients dat u mentioned here to his pap,I'm just hoping he will like it,and pls can u tell me how to mix d groundnut,crayfish and d soyabeans to his pap,cos he is only drinking cerelac here,dnt want any other food,bt I think if I can add all d ingredients u mentioned to his pap with some formula,he will like it much better,pls reply me back
