WHO IS GOD?
Dearest sisters, good morning. Hope we are all fine? The bible says iron sharpeneth iron so permit me to pour out my mind. Sometimes we are strong and sometimes we need shoulders to lean on.
Am so depressed right now.
The bible says if our earthly parents would give us bread and not stone, how much more our heavenly father.
Like we all know, you wont see a baby crying for sweet or biscuit and act deaf to their plea. You will be forced to give that child so as to stop him/her from crying.
Now back to the koko of the matter. If for 5years now I have been asking God for the fruit of the womb and done 3 ivfs, after been pronounced pregnant, I loose the pregnancy btw the 6th to 8th week, why should I continue in this pain and suffering and my heavenly father sees me cry for 5years now. Am most certain my earthly parent, if it were in their power to bless me with the fruit of the womb, they wont hesitate.
Please am so cast down right now.
Sorry for the long note.

My sister! I pray that this may minister to you. I will take it logically cos most times the sentiments cease to console us anymore.
1. God said that His word must accomplish all that it was sent to do and not return void . Isaiah 55:11. In our arsenal is also Num 23:19- God is not a man that He should lie..hath He said it and shall not do it?

2. He now went on to promise that neither you nor urs will be barren Deut 7: 14 and then He now instucted the barren to sing, because she will break forth from the left and right and that her seed will inherit and shame taken away. Isaiah 54: 1-4

3. Now remember that when God promised Abraham that he would be a father of generations, Aram was 75. When Abraham actually bore the covenant child, he was 100 years I.e 25 years after. The bible records that despite the delay, Abraham believed God and it was counted unto him for righteousness.

4. Patience is a fruit of the Holy Spirit and a must have for every Christian.
In summary. God has said you will bear your children. He MUST fulfill it. Leaves the miscarriages and lost IVF money and pain, hold steadfast to the the word and let it be counted unto you for righteousness.
Yes. Patience is hard. Yes ,God forbid we born as late as Sarah. But we must endure. Guess what? Even if person no born till e die (God forbid) God remains God. Full stop. So sing, remain thankful and the Holy spirit will strenghten you.

@doublefavour. The prior post was for spiritual upflifting, this is for medical.
Did you test the product of conception after the miscarriage? Have u done a karyotype? Was your IVF with PGD?
Because when one has recurrent pregnancy loss, then there is need for genetic testing to rule out genetic issues which is one of the major causes of early pregnancy loss. It can also cause unexplained non-conception

LadyGuinivere: God bless you for your words of encouragement. I remember when God told peter to work on water and come towards him, peter actually did , not until he took his eyes off God and then fear came over him and he began to sink. I will not take my eyes off God. I know its spiritual from all indication, but am confident of this very thing and all power is given to Jesus in heaven and on earth. There's power in the name of Jesus to break every chain of the devil and his cohorts.

Medically, research tells me we do not have the facilities in Nigeria to do a PGD and the only lab that does it charges as high as 1million . God's power is greater than all powers / PGD.
Who has the final say? Jehovah has the final say. I will not take my eyes off God, I trust in his mighty powers...Baby dusts to all

I no been wan talk but let posterity not judge me. Somebody on this thread has already commented about the man liking o push for donor sperm. I also know somebody who went there recently and the man was also pushing hard for them to use donor sperm. Which personally I find very unproffessional considering that ICSI exists. Without trying that you jump str8 to donor sperm. With a Nigerian man?!
Anyways that is all the info I have on the man. Go to the clinic and get a feel of the place. I also think there's somebody that said she got success there. Read back a few pageas and see if una go fit yarn

The cost for all the initial tests was 91,000 . IVF is 890,000 ICSI is + 65,000 extra. We tried to get a discount but we couldn't. Not even 1Naira was deducted. It is somewhere off Eliozu, donno if you know where Diplomats Assembly is. Hope this helps.

Double favour, you might not need PGD. How do you feel when you're about to miscarry? Could it be immunes? Some peoples immunes fight pregnancy, could be your white blood cells are on the overdrive. Do you always have cold around implantation?

If you do, you might benefit from Low dose aspirin, omega 3 fish oil, Prednisolone and Clexane. What of your vitamin D level? Have you ever have this tested? You might need to up your dosage on this as well? Not all miscarriages are genetic. It could just be your body fighting the embies.

Sammiejo:

Most doctors do not want to take chances with a vaginal delivery which they can not really control esp where is no labour/delivery history. They would likely offer the CS option if 1.there were challenges with conception/pregnancy esp if this is the first child (These babies are usually called " precious babies"wink 2. the lady has had complications in previous delivery that resulted in death of a child where she has no live child/children . This also a case of " precious baby" 3. Other normal medical reasons for CS. I think you would be option 1. the choice is yours on what to go for.

thank you for the 'epistle' these stories help the rest of us draw strength. gives us hope.

@gingerspice it is well with you. I know the feeling of disappointment and anger can be overwhelming sometimes let me share a part of my testimony with you. just before egg retrieval, I noticed my lower abdomen was really aching I just tot maybe it is normal. It was so painful I had to look around to see those that came for scan everyone was looking happy and normal- I told yourself see your mates ! Fast forward till egg retrieval day I was there from about 7am till 6pm why? Because I couldn't just stand up and I was like 'my mates'have left the hospital since 12 I am still here. It took one throwing up session for me to gather strength to walk into the car. Days after egg retrieval I had no mates around to check to see if they were uncomfortable and having tommyaches as well. I just told myself it would be over in a couple of days. I started calling 'my mates' again to find out if all I was feeling was normal That was just the beginning.

My sister, 3 days later I just woke my husband up early in the morning that I knew I was going to die that day he should just call them in the hospital to let them know we were coming I felt like hell. Our transfer was in 2 days but that was the least of things on my mind. The next 72 hours all I was doing was calling on God to spare my Life even as the transfer was done in the midst of this and the doctor kept on assuring me My embies would be fine and severe OHSS doesn't affect their growth or attachment. Na that one I dey talk?? shocked I say make I just feel normal again I couldn't sleep without being induced to sleep. From 5.00pm I would have started lobbying for sleeping injection. meanwhile 'my mates' walked in on transfer day and walked out to go home. I had a procedure called paracentesis and I spent days in pain draining water from my 6months pregnant-looking stomach.

Why I am saying all of this- I was also in a limbo of emotion pain anger and discomfort. Sometimes I was in anger and when I couldn't sleep I would beg my husband to lay his hands on my stomach and pray. Why was I angry?-cos I had given up on the embies transferred, we had spent so much and this unexpected wahala just started which meant spending more, why did God have to make me go through the Wahala? At least I have read here pple going for IVF, ICSI no stories are they not'my ttc mates' why was I different? I had been through enough I just wanted to be well. Though the process was slow, I healed slowly and got my BFP! In retrospect I don't think I would have been more hurt if I went through all that pain and suffering and I didn't have a good news. I just thank God for life and Good health cos 1 single morning sickness like this I nor get. Instead Na chop I dey chop. It ended in praise for me !! @gingerspice, Ladyguniverse, itissettled3 and every other
mum to be on this thread-
IT WILL SURELY END IN PRAISE FOR YOU!! AMEN

Sorry for my epistle

Double favour add baby aspirin to ur protocol if u haven't been taking it during preg before now. It works wonders but don't kno why most Drs don't like prescribing it to their patients. Also try taking gestone injection in addition to cyclogest as it's absorbed more by the body than cyclo. The truth is cyclo doesn't work for everyone. Of late, we've been advising women to take d injectables in addition to cyclo and the number of BFPS recorded has increased tremendously in the group. If ur Dr tells u it's not necessary biko go n buy it cos it's only sorry u get when u miscarry or have a BFN. Moreover there's nothing like progesterone overdose so u have nothing to lose if u add gestone. U can read more online and also on Google ways of preventing miscarriage in early preg. You will be amazed that the solution is less than N2000. Thank God u have been getting results, it shows u're fertile which means half of the problem is solved. Most people have never smelt a BFP in their entire life. So try doing it differently this time around, pray n fast kwa and you will get a better result this time around.
Compliments of the season to all Mamas in the house. We have cause to thank God, at least we are alive. Only the living have hope. God who blessed several of our sisters this December is still faithful and will give us this 11th hour BFPS that is going round IJN. All hope is not lost. Hugs and kisses to All still in God's waiting room, one love!

Haa, hello Blendy. I wI'll like you to talk to me and its urgent. Pls you mean I can take cyclogest and gesyone together? What ml of syringe will I use to take it? Pls helppppppppp, its urgent.

Thank you. love you. My last mc can't be explained by dr. And I can't take chances anymore.
Re: Anyone Trying IVF/IUI/ICSI (Fertility Treatments)? by Blendy77(f): 3:05pm On Dec 21, 2014
It's taken on the bum, with any syringe like 5 or 2m and tiny needles. Better still take to a nearby hospital or pharmacy let them give u cos it's oily and a bit painful. With N200-500 most nurses will be glad to giv u the injection. A bottle 2-3 times a week with your normal cyclogest n aspirin should suffice.

Compliment of the season to all my sisters and brothers on this thread, its been a long time, hope u all doing great. i pray that God that answer some of us on dis thread, that we are all rejoicing with our little ones, i pray he will do it for the rest of u my sisters too. i pray that bfor this yr ends u shall all sing a new song as i believe there is nothing God cannot do and 2015 shall be a yr of joy for u all. and to all expecting mothers, i pray u shall all deliver safely.
@blendy u re right on the aspirin and gestone matter, i can also testify to that because it worked for me and they dont harm as long as u dont over use it, doctors will say u should not use it but let try and google it ourselfs and see how it works, as for me its worth using it because the only cycle i use baby aspirin and gestone was was the cycle i got pregg and had my heathy triplets out of 4 cycles. i wish everyone all the best in whatever treatment we are.

@blendy how are the boys hope u've started d second missionary journey because u need to give those boys cute little sister o.
@bros inwangobio how are the little ones doing, my rgds to them and madam
@oviasouth and vennus its been a while u both came on this thread u ppl shld stop been MIA like me and all the old timers, u all shld come back o.
