What a lovely piece. OP, I actually don't go chasing women. The least i could do is to have a simple conversation with her and figure out her personality. I have not waited for a chick to say yes to me, rather I let her hold on. I see girls in a different angle and having any means you have to devote your time to her otherwise she'll scream. OP...it depends on how u go about it. I have never had to wait for a reply. As soon as i ask, i get a yes or a no, n i'm done. That is because i usually spend some time casually relating with the person n in the process via body language etc, i can pretty much tell which way she is leaning, so by the time i ask, that is if we have not already stared dating sef without asking, but if i do ask it is usually yes. So first get friendly with her and u wont have to wait...except she's not that into u. In which case, u need to upgrade... |

2 years without decision seems too long to wait. Perhaps you are just an insurance policy in case nobody better comes along. Waiting beyond a 3 months without good reason and without assurance she is not considering new suitors should be a no no. november 2012 to april 2013..best months of my life she was still on:: Lemme think about it but she will cook better rice and boiled fish and bring to my office twice a week.. Lemme think about it we will spend hours just sitting in the car outside her house doing nothing but gist... Lemme think about it yet we will spend last 20mins every night praying over the phone.. Infact..the day i kissed her..she was like..whats that....i replied nothing wrong in kissing my wife..she just smiled and said yes... Penboy: Yes boss! Asking a girl out and waiting for a response from her is placing so much importance into something that is not. I see it like asking a girl you are already dating a question as ridiculous as "Sweetheart, when is the appropiate time I can get to kiss you or make love to you"... Babe wey dey feel you, you need not put her in such an awkward position waiting for an awkward response. Proposing to her is more understandable. However, when that time sef comes, I'd be sure to get an instant yes dan have a babe telling me she needs to sleep over, undergo 7days fasting, or seek her pastor's approval before accepting my proposal. Somethings jst don't need too much ceremony. |
