Ladies, your best bet is to run. You should only resort to fighting if that's your last option. Secondly, for you to neatly execute these moves, you must have practised them repeatedly else it'll all be a joke.
And of course a number of those moves are effective, I'm yet to see a heavily built guy that does 'balls' fitness exercises.
Lastly, the objective is not to keep fighting, stun the guy and exit as fast as you can, you don't know how many other friends of his are just around the corner.
Avoid rather than check. Check rather than hurt. Hurt rather than maim. Maim rather than kill. For all life is precious nor can any be replaced.

No, you don't need to go through moves 1, 2, and 3. A straight kick to the groin is just enough. The first 3 moves just close the distance for a knee to the groin. Doesn't have to be a knee (even though that's more effective).

Attackers are usually ready and they expect you to fight so they come prepared. The lady on other hand is surprised.

In a world growing with violence on a daily basis. The need for self protection becomes very paramount, especially for ladies who are usually vulnerable.
Below is a pictorial display of how ladies can defend themselves from possible violent attacks.


Step 1. Stand your ground. Show no fear.
Step 2. Hold your position and lower yourself below the attacker's chin.
Step 3. Make a surprise thrust with your head on his jaw area. This will disorient him into confusion.
Step4. Consolidate and take advantage of the confusion on the attacker with a nice knee kick on his balls. This will make him lose control.
Step 5. Keep on the offensive by giving the attacker a knock on the back with your elbow.
Step 6. Triple it up with a kick on the attacker's heard as he skampars for breadth.
Step 7. This time your attacker falls on the ground gasping in pains, but don't let go yet. Give him a leg kick to prevent surprise offensive from the attacker.
Step 8. Now your attacker is completely subdued. You may finish him up with kick on his arms and back.

Disclaimer: This is advisable only in life threatening situation. Don't practice this on your husband.

My advise though....

Ladies, if you start any of these be sure yo fight it out to the last. There are no rules in a fight and everything goes. While judo and aikido techniques are useful, it is a known fact that men are generally stronger than women. Try the above shiite on some guys and be sure to have a re arranged dentition. Here na Nigeria ooo no be the west where women have all the right to beat up men and men are supposed to just watch and walk away like wimps. Be advised

I also recall that in my marshall arts classes we were repeatedly warned to avoid circumstances that may lead to a fight, we should only defend and not fight but in defending be sure to destabilize your opponent and then run away. Never wait to finish him off, except there is apparent danger to your life and limb.

P.S.

I hold a sixth Dan Black belt in Karate. Steps 4 and 6 are rather very brutaĺ. A knife hand to the wind pipe is more effective and deadly in the face of real danger. A kick to the shin ends most fights immediately.
