Yes he is not attending the debate tomorrow. Dele Alake just confirmed it.

APC will not be part of those who are partisan and smearing the name of Buhari.

The Buhari campaign organisation just confirmed they will not be attending the channelstv presidential election debate scheduled for tomorrow.

Surely, even the NL Buhari apologists will be shocked by this latest development. Well yours sincerely is not surprised. Buhari is an embodiment of gross incompetence. QED!

Are you educated? Do you know or understand the meaning of "Incompetency"?. I advised you read Mr.Soludo reponse to Okonjo Iweala on Nigeria Economy, then use your brain not your mouth and tell me what Incompetency means,OK. Born to suffered people. You make me regret why I never supported abortion when you're born.

[s] Why not accept that Buhari is apprehensive of the calamity that waits him in a public debate.

I watched Dele Alake's interview with Channels TV. The man was just blowing grammar without making valid points.

He has walked into a trap without realising it.

Just wait for the public reaction after Jonathan would have honoured that interview tomorrow.

Buhari is about comitting himself to the lose-lose position of antagonising the press. [/s]

I think I have an idea of what the problem is. Since Channelstv is the one organizing it I think they don't want a repeat of "Oga at the top" incident.

I'm not a partisan, I don't see any crime there maybe the man is too busy for a debate.
.

Too busy to tell Nigerians what makes his plans for Nigeria superior to those of other candidates?

What exactly is more important than that? Gallivanting with corrupt politicians funding his campaign & having breakfast here & there?

Even if you support APC/Buhari, please don't sacrifice honesty.

The same Buhari didn't appear at OPUTA PANEL to explain his atrocities as a military dictator. He has no respect for Nigerians.

why are you attempting to cover up emptiness. Are you always this pathetic?

Your focusless party claimed the NEDG debate was organized by pro-gej agents and used that as cover up for your candidate's emptiness. Is channel's TV too pro-gej?

Woman or man, whichever you are, you need strong deliverance from the spirit of hypocrisy.

Dear Berem,
I am supporting GMB for this election but I am not comfy with APC shielding him from debate.

GEJ is not superior to a Buhari. Man-to-man.

He will thrash the Otuoke Ph.D holder.

APC's strength is in her team and Buhari leads this team.

Please let GMB debate this guy!!

Pls caption his tombstone before he goes for the debate because GEJ will destroy him. Your poster boy for change has no clue how to spell the word 'change'. What exactly is he going to debate hunh? Niqqa can't even speak for up to 4 minutes in all his campaign tours and you expect him to debate? Eloquence aside, the man doesn't know didly-squat, so what is he going to say? How to stabilize world oil price?

Does he even know what GDP means? Unless they want to stick a bleutooth earpiece in his ears for answers.

We are only shocked that about 250 of our Chibok girls have been missing for the past 1 year and the useless has not been able to do anything!

We are shocked that, 20Billion Dollars of our common Patrimony has been frittered away and nobody is talking about it!

We are shocked That a Dollar now exchanges 250 Naira.

We are shocked that. 2.3Trillion Naira disappeared in a a fathom Subsidy and nobody has. Been brought to Book!

We are shocked at the level of unemployment in Nigeria!

We. Are shocked that Our President said Stealing was not Corruption!

We are shocked that the First family feeds with over 1Billion Naira per year!

These are some of the things that worries us more and not a belated debate where people watch some persons standing and talking out of heart!
If the man that wants to right all these wrongs you mentioned above can't event stand up for a presidential debate, then how else does he intend to convince the electorate that he has their interest at heart, a whole presidential candidate shying away from two major debates within the space of two weeks, even when his party was told to organise the debate and invite the ruling party since they themselves turned down the invitation to debate with other parties, sighting politics of calumny and bias as their reason for pulling out of those debates, and yet you come here to shout change and Sai Buhari? Are you APC supporters just plain silly or what.
If he can't tell us on live tv how he intends to govern the affairs of the nation in an unbiased national debate, then he should kindly accept that he is not fit enough for the work. What nonsense!!!

Let us be point blank about this. There is nothing more revealing that this.
Every right thinking Nigerian ought to realise in clear term now that, Buhari is incompetent to rule Niheria.
But the backward seeking ones would never tell the truth about the incompetency of the Buhari of a dictator. whoever that having known this fact still clamours to vote Buhari is a daft.
Showing his certificate, he declined. Come and debate, he declined. Withdraw from the race and allow a competent Nigeria go, he declined. Yet, stupid and gullible Nigerians would not wanna admit his incompetency. What a madness!

Please the handlers of President Goodluck Jonathan should ensure he arrives at the debate on time and participate fully!

Channels TV must also mount an empty podium that clearly says Buhari!
Clearly Buhari has something to hide...His politics of Boko Haram...i mean various opportunities to sell himself to Nigerians and he declines...afterall he has repackaged himself not as a parochial fellow but as one who can bring change...mind you, change can be anything. .from taking Nigeria to his failed regime of 1984- 1986 or telling his boko boys to reduce the heat caused on Nigeria or new set of ideals and values Tinubu has instilled in him undecided

I don't support the idea of no-debate.

GEJ himself has nothing to offer in a debate so nothing to get worked up over. His no-show in 2011 is testament enough
Re: Buhari Not Attending ChannelsTV Debate by organic973: 10:36am On Feb 02, 2015
Pls GMB supporters are just insincere.

1. A debate was organised by NTA, AIT and BON. GMB refused to participate because GEJ didn't attend the last one and that the organisers are full-time supporters of GEJ that they must have given him the questions with the answers. That it's a plan to disgrace GMB that he can't fall for it.

2. Now another organisers came up with a new debate yet he has refused to participate despite the fact that the organisers are a neutral body situated in an APC controlled state.

What do the APC supporters saying again?
This just means GMB has nothing to offer nigeria.
they should shamefully swallow their pride and accept the fact that "GMB can not stand GEJ anywhere, day or time.

FFK has given APC an offer to organise a debate and invite GEJ he will participate.
