PLS, HOW MUCH FOR EACH WINDOW

Its difficult breaking it down to single windows and sizes. The whole windows were charged together.

Material to be used?
Foreign or Nigerian profiles?
Thickness of the glass?
Colour of the profiles?
Type of rollers, key and nets?

All these are factors that can raise or reduce the cost of an aluminium window.

Its very OK. It probably with fixed net, foreign material, USA net, window roller, 4mm plain/tinted glass. Is it for casement slide or ordinary slide? Also, where is your location?

Strange that you have concluded that the price is OK while you have neither found out the specifications nor the location? cheesy

With what I posted, that's the Least material any aluminium fabricator could use. Even in Lagos or Onitsha where importers abound, the price is OK even for a fixed net of 4*4 (1200*1200) window. Or has the frame (track) been fixed? There is a bit increase in prices of aluminium profiles. Abi no be from the quoted price him go get em workmanship?

thanks for the responses, if you had followed from inception I meant burglary proof for windows and not frames/glasses: protectors by welder

@spyder880. Iam considering doing a small partitioning with wood in my sitting room. Do you have an idea of the type of wood that will be suitable for this.

Think Partition? Drywall is the ideal solution! https://www.nairaland.com/2115415/alternative-building-materials-plasterboards-gypsium#down

The building is plumbing equipped but this is to serve as an alternative water supply point. We planned to sand fill this well and close it but considering how this well helped us with water supply during this project, we decided to leave it where it is and now raise it above the compound level.

If you understand Enugu and the water scarcity here, you will see the need to keep this alternative just in case. Meanwhile the occupants can use this as water supply for washing up clothes, cars etc while the main water supply will be for domestic uses in the flats.

Spyder, sorry to take u back on water distribution. I always imagine how pumping of water in mutiple flats is being managed. I can assume perhaps one tank per flat is used but who control the pump especially when only tenants occupy all flats? I will like to learn from u if this challenge is managed during your design. I have witnessed fight btw tenants over who will use his/her electricity/generator to pump water for all. Do you install heaters for hot water in all bathrooms of this luxury flats?

The landlord of this house is interested in a hitch free tenant/tenant relationship, and that is why he insisted even after we are about to leave the site that we separate the water supply in this house to make every flat own one tank so the control, pumping and sourcing of water will be per each individual flat for one tank.

We have had to start another round of plumbing piping, even peeling off the interlock stones yesterday to re-lay the overhead water supply pipes into the ground. Work is at the completion stages as my plumbers and tilers are all on site retouching the water supply section today. I will attach pictures of our re work yesterday and today.

Everyone can now supply and pump water at their need and pace.

As for your second question, all bathrooms have electric heaters, all except the gate man bathroom. grin
