What does Bakuras marriage have to do with infrastructure or development in the north? And tell me what part of islam forbids seeking knowledge when all it does is encourage it? Tell me what part of Islam allows begging when the prophet clearly condemned it! Don't mistake culture for religion plonker! You are just simply ignorant!

coward. So, those ones you term as intruders because they don't do as you wish they are intruders. They had been in your country too long to be denied but cowardice in you won't let you see them as your brothers. Be consructive uncle malo. Stop using insurtive words.

I swear its like teaching a rock! So if a gambian fulani or a malian fulani strolls into Nigeria he automatically becomes a Nigerian? How soon? Why? Explain.we term them intruders because that's what they are, go and ask them which country they come from, they'll tell you.

South will stand north with stand and we will see who get the swag. You believe too much in almanjiri. You are too backward to compare yourself you call yourself slaves. How can slaves be living better than their masters. How can master be waiting to eat from crunch of the slave. The masters who are almajiri. The masters who are trooping to the south to become master beggars to eat the crunch. Master that if his slaves depart with him today he will die of hunger. You are really master of slave.

What you're saying here doesn't make any sense, lay off the happy juice but for now, go home! You are drunk! And BTW, I have an I.Q of 140, that's more than that of your whole family combined.

o! So dat was the plan from day one abi? Destroy the land in the south and then begin exploitation/exploration in the North? Toh ba ku isa ba. You won't find anything over there. But I would even loved it if oil was found so that the number of parasite states who don't contribute a dime to the Federal reserve will reduce.

Also, it will surprise to know that The Niger-Delta is looking beyond oil as well as reclaiming the land.

You can look beyond oil all you want but let's face it, there's a limit to what your land is capable of doing, you keep bragging about your oil this and that but I assure you, you're bragging about the wrong things.

The souths busted that the northerners are parasites and liabilitie to the nation that they didn't add value to Nigeria as a whole, they forgot the time when Sardauna serves and allocated to them agriculture founds when the oil was not discovered, now you can see how God do his blessings for North, their mouth will now be shut down

You lied on this one. Every region, northern, western and eastern, before oil was agricultural ly viable and contribute to the central government. Non of the three regions was sharing funds with another. That was the true federalism then.

That's the more reason why I tell those who are willing to hear that when ever any of such herdsmen tamper with their farms they should wipe them off. You guys think you're wise. What gives them the courage to attack the people of Nigeria only leaving other African countries if not because you sanction their actions? Why is the destruction of villages and villagers by these herdsmen most common in Nigeria?

Instead of the guy to do the needful with the PIB and prospect for oil where ofcourse oil reserves are feasible he wants to explore for oil where in the long run if at all oil is found he would have to spend a lot trying to recover the oil.....well let him try..

As long as the people involved aren't guilty of any wrong doing if such herdsmen attack them, thay are free to wipe the out. There is no place for such madness in our society, no northerner condones these mad peoples activities because infact we are the major victims of their madness. I recently lost someone to those mad men because he went to reclaim the cows they stole from him, they butchered him like a pig. How can you then accuse us of sanctioning their actions?

I am not fulani. And trust me, in a few years, we'll see who the unimportant ones are. Oil is no longer a rare commodity, its okay for now but in a few years it will be useless. Then you'll understand.

That would be a nice move Baba. Am sick and tired of Igbos feeling pompous and claiming They own the oil in the south. Am sick of them Trying to break free and form their Biafra.
Here is an Advice baba,as soon as our oil is Found and refineries gets built, empower agriculture, mining, and education then Give those Igbos what they want BIAFRA!!!

Apologies to the Igbo nation, who I so love but will readily see off to the land of the rising sun(Biafra)

You are an illiterate and it's evident in your post. Is igbo land actively an oil-producing region? You don't even know the difference between the s/south & s/east. You are one of those ethnocentric Nigerians who sit in one corner of Nigeria & make unfounded statements about a people/region they know nothing about. There's no need denying your origin. Your name gave you away. Even your previous post laid it bare. I for one go with progressives and frown strongly against supremacists. The energy wasted on the altar of such barbaric phenomenon is not worth it. The Europeans tried such a route which climaxed at the death of about 55million people by the end of the second world war. We ought to learn from them. While I sue for peace and cooperation for mutual benefit I do not hide my disdain for oppressors. My question remains: why is the herdsmen brutality on farmers in Nigeria most common among other west African states?

Please please let them find mega amounts of oil in the Chad basin. In fact he should order the immediate prospecting for Oil all over the North. I am 1000% sure that the day Oil is found in the North, is the day state ownership of resources will come into law

Your opinion is good but not feasible. The creation for grazing route all around Nigeria for immigrants is very generous of her proponents don't you think so? Lands would be forcefully appropriated from citizens and given to immigrants to carry out their personal businesses. This most be a joke. I hope other people of Nigeria are reading.

Your opinion is good but not feasible given that sentiments will prevail over national interest. This is what I mean by your people sanctioning their actions. The communities around those boundary areas know an immigrant fulani from the local one. I am not friggin fulani! I'm 100 percent hausa, as far as I know, and yes there's a differnce. I also do not condone the idea of supremacy but sometimes when dealing with certain characters, one needs to come out strong. And these clashes do happen in other countries, you just don't hear about them much, but if you read the foreign press, you'll find out these attacks aren't exclusive to Nigeria. and other west african countries are not as organised as Nigeria so they do what they want unopposed. In other countries they have an understanding with the citizens and the citizens fear them so no one stands up to them.

I think there should be a grazing route for Nigerian herdsmen, all others must not be allowed into this country without proper scrutiny.we should tighten the security around our bothers like that of the US-Mexico border.
Re: Buhari To Resume Oil Exploration In The Chad Basin by Yujin(m): 8:30am On Apr 21, 2015
I will be the happiest of all if Buhari's government can bring a lot of growth and development of Nigeria in entirety but my instincts tell me he would be worse than Yar'adua. Any reasonable govt will concentrate on power and infrastructures. Then the mining of solid minerals from the north will create lots of jobs. Big companies will come in to create additional jobs from the opportunities that will areas from that sector. I bet you Buhari will not see this. Why the obsession with oil when agriculture can take in more unskilled labour than every other sector which the north has in abundance? This cold war between the north and south will take us no where. This is my sole position every other option is when sentiment sets in.

Why not state granted grazing reserves in your regions like its been done in developed countries and in other regions they buy or lease lands and carry out their businesses like other business men all over Nigeria?

...wrong move i must say; smart oil companies are demobilizing/slowing down exploration activities due to the low oil price.
Exploration campaign are mostly carried out during windfall/high oil price due it its capital intensive nature
