I tried a lot of site but still d same. If I am using any software eg. ms word, and I want to open new file or save new file it doesn't work

Before you go further, Remove the battery. Plug it to electricity. Start it. If it boots even with error message or blue screen; good. Replace the battery and do the system restore yourself. Chances are your operating system is corrupt and needs restoration process completed. What model of Toshiba is it. I can walk you through the process of restoration because the system image is built into the hard drive.

Thanks for the prompt reply bro. I think the hard disk has crashed because while using it sometimes ago, the blue screen popped out and ask me if I will like to restore...I clicked yes and fiam...all my files got deleted after this. Yet, the blue screen never seemed to stop showing. Hardly can did I use it for 5minutes before the blue screen show up and restart itself. The last time I checked it(plugged it without the battery, it load but the screen is not displaying anything(I mean no connection)) plz what do you think?

you need to know if both anti-virus softwares are of the same version. If so, then it should be possible.
Kindly note that you can also copy the disc contents onto a flash drive and Install from the flash.

there are two things involved in this case. It's either your computer have suffered from a physical shock thereby damaging the screen or the color settings have been altered from the graphics software. Kindly attach a picture of the screen so as to make things easier to conclude on.

Right click on the Taskbar and choose "Properties".

In the dialog box that appears, under Notification area, click "Customize".

Locate the power icon in the window that appears and choose "Show icon and notifications" in the corresponding drop-down list on the right.

Click "OK".

Uninstall the modem application and re-install it.

I bought Tokunbo HP Probook after a week when am charging the battery I discover the battery level isn't increase and I got battery not charging, then I decided to get a new battery unfortunately the problem still persist.

Mind you my older system I got before I bought Probook it has board problem so I was thinking could this problems come from the electricity supply or my stabiliser is causing this damages to the both system?

I do need help. Just this morning, my laptop has refused to start up, it starts to boot with all the lights and all, but it doesn't get past that. After some seconds, it reboots and then it goes through the same cycle. I have tried the hard reset and it still wouldn't work. What should I do now?
