Am good with Civil 3DI can work with it,, am having some problems on it.
For Structural design software, i'll recommend Orion if it's for building design..it quite easy to learn Buh only gud for building tho.
Revit is more of architecture

Yea! that calculation of materials volume is not straight forward...or mayb it's because am teachin myself..

no! I dnt av any contact where u can learn in PH..buh you can learn AutoCAD all by yourself. it's all about practise. there are lots of youtube tutorial you can download on AutoCAD.. and there are also help videos preinstalled in the AutoCAD software wen u install it

have not heard of QSS b4...what are the advantages it posses over Orion.
RC design using prokon is quite easy.. its just that you have to understand how it work.. You have to design each structural member separately meaning that you need to understand manual design very well.
try this: in any structural member section you are, e.g slab, goto examples and see d way it's designed.
It's quite interesting.
I have some prokon tutorials with me, buh I dunno if i'd be able to send em to you due to its memory size....

Firstly, i'll advice you to take it one step at a time.. its better you perfect your AutoCAD before you start civil 3D..
AutoCAD is the basic software all CADs users should know. and all you need is jus a 2 to 5mins help and you are gud to go..with little practice, you'd be surprise at how fast you'd be learning.
secondly, If you have little knowledge of Autocad, then you can start to work with Civil 3D. i'll be glad to help by answering any question or problem affectin ur progress.. I av sum video tutorials and books.

there are several video tutorials on youtube, infact too numerous to list, however, you need to learn how to download from youtube because it not automatic. Just download some add-ons on either mozzilla or chrome and you will be able to download.

yea! you are right..there are hundreds of video tutorials on youtube..
@kassidy4luv, if you wantu download any video on youtube, just type ss in front of the link in the address bar. for example, wen you'v seen the video you want, click on the video to get you to the video page...just proceed to the address bar where the website is and add ss to the front of www. e.g www.youtube.com/em/nfj!fkdkjd becomes www.ssyoutube.com/em/nfj!fkdkjd... I hope dat helps

it's been a whyl ppl... now done with Autodesk robot.. am going deeply into BIM (autodesk Building information Modelling) for building with Autodesk Revit.. from Revit to Robot to Structural detailing.

@decuba, have seen the interface of the QSS software and I think it's quite handy and easy to work with....how much can I get the software?
