Went to c a doc today and she recommend I do high vagina swab to test for PID...but the lab tech said i should come back tomorrow.... I dont know if HVS is save for me?

Also have been feeling feverish and cant do much house chores now.

Do not be scared.

Pcos is treatable, and you will conceive.

Note that dh not being around adequately is also very important and could be the factor.

I am sure your doctor will place you on appropriate therapy for the pcos.

You can schedule for follicular tracking when your menses stops, usually on day 5. But real tracking could commence as from a week after depending on your menstrual cycle.

What do you mean by "vit b"? I guess "O" means ovulation?

If dh is feeling suicidal please let his doctor know, and let him see a psychologist asap.

Depression can even worsen his sperm production.

You and the both extended families should give him all the support he needs, and avoid placing him under any more pressure.

Let him continue what seemed to have worked for him -folic acid and vitamin E- and adopt other sperm-boosting lifestyle changes.

Yea you can go now. You will be given another appointment for the actual tracking.

Vitamin 6 is thought to help women ttc due to leuteal phase problems. It could help.

Gestational age does not reduce,perhaps for some case where growth of conception seem slower.

While doing a scan to know one's gestational age is inevitable,commonly the exactness of one's gestation becomes slightly ambigous with weeks when done by scanning.Mostly differences are quite not much and may turn up better as you progress.

Though medical text varies on the length of the luteal phase,it is much accepted that the luteal phase for an individual woman is constant.It is the ovulary phase that varies.So there is no wariness on the luteal phase being long or short-same for all women.In line with former,luteal phase is just a phase process and chiefly does not decide on an egg being fertilised and implanted.

Lemme help here.
Luteal phase is the days from ovulation to next period. .ie the days from conception to implantation n next af.
A short luteal phase doesnt allow the embyro enough time to implant.
Luteal phase defect is any luteal phase kess than 10 to 11 days.
Lets assume u hv a 28day cycle..u shud ovulate btw cd 12 and 17 for pregnancy to succed..if u ovulate on cd 20 in a 28 day cycle...then u hv luteal phase defect...its usually caused by hormonal imbalance

There are many causes of lower abdominal cramps in women.

It could be a sign of ovulation, especially if it has been over a week since your last period.

If the cramps are persistent, or severe, or worsening, please see your doctor for examination and possible investigations.

You may take pain reliever such as Ibuprofen 400mg 2 times a day for not nore than 3 days, if you do not have peptic ulcer.

Yea, she can mestruate montly even with pcos.

Regular period and lack of ovulation are not mutually exclusive. But lack of ovulation is a common cause of irregular periods.

First, why are you anxious?

The feat of observing a flow every month is rare even by women not having PCOS.It is normal that a woman may not observe all cycles in a 12-month this is because most bleeding precedes from no ovulation or the coincidence of hormonal imbalance reshuffling cycles severally.So,the possibility of a PCOS woman observing or expecting her flow in everymonth is a 50%.

Ovulation is a process and during this process several reproductive hormones are synthesize.Ovulation does not end in one expecting its physical characteristics such with the feverishness,mid-cycle pain,high sex urge and discharge of a perculiar nature.It is somewhat of of an hormonal activities resulting in other activities to be.

Perhaps,it is primarily known that during this process,a yet-to-be-matured egg is release from the follicle but there are some certain time this egg is stucked and might not be released.Ovulation seemed to have failed but this does not put to halt the production of the gonadic hormones from the gonads.Those hormones are the efficacious substances that cause the menstruation to takeplace eventhough ovulation has failed.

This one reason:

1)Some women seems to have dominant follicle stumped and stucked on their follicles,yet infertile or sub-fertile and yet observing some period-like flow.

2)Scanty flow or fluid or leaks.Most scanty flow do not precede from ovulation.
