Aight that looks a lil bit like our pepper soup except ours tend to be a lil more orange.

Most Nigerians like onila knows our soup but not our stew and they get that confuse that's what we use to eat yam, or rice. We use soup for fufu, tuo zaafi, banku, rice ball and other thick starch base food.

Okay we name our stew based on the meat we use or leaves we use.

Do you make your soup/stews with all kinds of meat like my Liberian brothers. For instance in Liberia their soup consist of all kinds of meat. One soup can have chicken, fish, pork, beef, shrimp, lamb, goat, and turkey.
