My take is 0 contact with exes, but try to leave the situation on a good note

I like it when I am able to leave somebody behind but still be able to greet them and act normally if I run into them later on

Apart from that, -200% contact. I have quite an intense mental life, so keeping contact with the person would start to grind me down after a while. I would just start overthinking things and it would stop me from concentrating on the present

Some people are able to maintain that kind of stuff without any negative effects though. Maybe I will be too, in future

I and my ex broke up cause we found out that we can't marry, ouch! Still hurts but in my opinion she's the prettiest lady a life. We can't seem to move on as I measure every girl with her standard and she does same to her teaming toasters .
