Once some people don't like you there is nothing good you can do for them that will satisfy them. I believe Buhari has realised that his goodwill is virtually wasted on some regions. They would never stop being his antagonists.

Besides as a northerner, most of his trustworthy contacts would be from his region. It's natural. Most of my trustworthy friends are from my ethnic extraction.
