The payment has not been charged yet but it was agreed at $25 and it took 5 days to arrive requested and issued on 24th shipped 26th and i received it 28th in the morning.

Read through this thread, many freelancers have posted similar job descriptions and have been advised to ignore such jobs.

As a newbie any freelancer asking you to work outside freelancer.com is most likely a scammer, most(if not all) data entry jobs on freelancer.com are scams, stay away from them.

Obviously you havent read this thread from the begining till the end, correct me if I am wrong. If I am right, you run the risk of repeating our mistakes and wasting time doing the wrong things.
To answer your question,
If an employer asks you to work outside freelancer, he is a suspected scammer.
If in addition, he is an asian, especially indians, he is an accused scammer.
And if in addition to the two points above, herefuses to set a milestone before you accept the project, then he is a confirmed scammer, run!

Contact your bank for wire details and send it to the sender.

Usually, you provide your bank account number, your banks HQ address and swiftcode.

If there is an intermediary bank, you provide that banks swift code and address, and you provide your banks acct number with the intermediary bank.

When sent it takes 2-3 business days to hit your account.
