It is presumed in some circle it interacts with the reduction of the production of testosterone thereby having some negative effect on adrenaline(it helps to respond to action quickly) in male and you know what that means to weakness as men don't produce estrogen like women do but through a process of aromatase which can have effect on testosterone.

NB: I am not a medical personnel or student but I have a little idea about Oxytocin having high effect on the weakness of men after ejaculation.
