toludestin:accommodation in atlanta is an issue to mama's who want to birth as most people who birth in atlanta will say they stayed with family but you can Google search air bnb or extended Stay America in atlanta or travelodge atlanta, i'm sure you'll get something out of the search. Cheers cheers |

HI Chicagobound I am a newbie on this forum - was only recently introduced here. Was wondering if I could PM you for further details on the Houston accommodation options. hubby and I have started comparing all associated costs between elpaso/doctorespati and Oakbend/ Dr F. the "new" place you discovered which is close to the hospital sounds very attractive - I understand you cant share contacts openly. We would be happy if we can get additional tips from you. many thanks. and God bless you. chicagobound: 2 Likes 1 Share |

LadyGuinivere: Yes she has but with some annoying tale of how she was held for 8hrs completely ignored. Sadly she was given just two months which is not fair please can she apply for extension without any effect on her future travels. 2 Likes |
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 3 by Nobody: 8:00am On Feb 15, 2016 |
Enizo:how many weeks gone is she? Do you think 2 months won't be sufficient for birthing and papers, that's Houston POE ehn I tire oh, don't worry everything will be fine |
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 3 by Nobody: 8:19am On Feb 15, 2016 |
chloe7: 33 weeks can I complain and apply for extension. Please help |
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 3 by feddy27: 8:34am On Feb 15, 2016 |
Enizo: She will be fine in two months. No need for an extension in my opinion. |
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 3 by ajujuju: 8:44am On Feb 15, 2016 |
Enizo: I think it is safe to request for an extension bcz no one knws when the baby will actually cme. Plus even if the baby comes early at 38weeks she will be 5weeks gone.3 weeka ia just about enough but ttoo close for comfort. Id hate for you to have to explain why you overstayed at visa renewal. But wait o. D officer harsh o. Did she explain she was there to birth a child? Or she claimed vacation? |
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 3 by Nobody: 9:02am On Feb 15, 2016 |
Enizo:there might be no need to apply for extension actually, let's see how it turns out |

ajujuju: The sad part is my wife has a small belly I only reported childbirth cos I insisted She declares it d woman was mean she even turned a banker back |
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 3 by worry359(m): 9:53am On Feb 15, 2016 |
Enizo: Answer the question! Did you claim vacation visit? Or did you tell them childbirth and show doctors letters and finance available? You must have done something to call attention to her. 2 Likes |

Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 3 by Nobody: 9:58am On Feb 15, 2016 |
worry359: She asked the woman why they were left unattended to for hours I guess that was why they picked on her. My wife isn't the type that hides sha she spoke out about been kept for 8hrs it was her complain that got the woman to start interviewing them |
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 3 by danowena: 10:14am On Feb 15, 2016 |
Enizo: 8 hrs . That is too much. 8 hrs after the long haul flight ? Are these officials at the Houston POE not being heartless? Perhaps they see nothing wrong with her sitting down for 8hrs after a long haul flight. . I guess we should be grateful she was not even sent back under one "section". cc: abujaniv,Lagosniv |
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 3 by ajujuju: 10:22am On Feb 15, 2016 |
Enizo: Hmmm. It is well. Id say give it a short. File for extension. Include your doctors details incase thy wnan verify and if shea paid for both hoap and doctor fees, include dat as well. Show good faith. Let dem see you r not a flight risk. |
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 3 by Nobody: 10:24am On Feb 15, 2016 |
danowena: Please I need to complain about their action so if you have any channel I can channel my complaint also how do we apply for extension |
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 3 by feddy27: 10:25am On Feb 15, 2016 |
worry359, you have come to spam this thread again abi...issorai...always sounding harsh as though anyone is obliged to answer you! danowena, you just opted into this thread without sharing any visa interview story, or how you found a hospital or something! you come here blabbing rubbish and by the way! why did u ave to copy the NIVs...? For your information, it's at the discretion of the CBP officer to grant or refuse you entry into the US ! No matter the length of time someon is held back, you have absolutely no right to question it ! They are only doing their job! #stop spamming this thread if you have nothing to contribute# 12 Likes 2 Shares |

Any one in the banking industry should please help verify. Someone I sent to first bank for MONEYGRAM is being told by the cashier that the official rate has been reviewed to 306 over the weekend. I am trying to get clarifications now if he is referring to moneygram rate or CBN official rate. I have not seen anything to the effect that CBN official rate has changed. |
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 3 by feddy27: 10:30am On Feb 15, 2016 |
Enizo: Enizo ! Keep calm ! You have no right to complain. They sensed a misrepresentation and that was the reason for the delay. As for the extension, relax for a bit. Since she's 33wks now, if labor does not come b4 39 wks, let her opt for induction. You can get baby's document within 1wk in Houston. I booked appointment for passport immediately baby was born, picked up birth cert 2days after and got passport same day. She should use ETC instead of visa since time is not on her side 3 Likes |
