I don't exactly agree with those saying bianca shouldn't have replied the mentally deranged lady. Bianca is a respectable lady married to an equally respectable family,an ambassador of the country who represents us out there so if anyone tries to soil her reputation in any way,she deserves the right to address it,not necessarily cos for her sake but for what she represents.
