enque mamas have said it all just try and relax ur mind nothing is going to happen to baby, I experienced light spotting in my 9th week or so I did scan and baby was doing great. No carrying of heavy things like mamas suggested, even up till now I only use small bucket to take my bathing water unlike when I carry heavy bucket. It is well with you.

I feel so tired and worn out... Woke up like that... The Braxton hicks contractions are not funny... They can go on for over 10minutes... Is this normal, cos I read that they're supposed to last some seconds, and not minutes...
I'm not just myself today, mood wise and all...
My waist is paining me as I type this, and it's just one side... Sometimes, it extends up to my back, other times, it goes down to my left leg...

Lord Jesus, You be present with us during all this time these babies grow and comes into this world. Lord Your Word says “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I sanctified you. Please grant us a safe and normal delivery. Take away all blocks and barriers that are hindering this blessing in our lives.

Lord I also pray that You lead all pregnant women who are reading this prayer to safe and normal delivery. All this I ask in the name of Jesus, who is Lord of Life, now and forever. Amen.
