I know discharge is not the only sign of ovulation. What I want to know is if discharge is a MUST whenever one is ovulating.

Am 10 weeks and 2days pregnant but for 2wks now I have been seeing blood mixed with my urine and lil clot (urine alws coloured like brown nd wen wiped with tissue I see blood ) Did scan and my baby is still there. Am kinda worried cuz this is my first. Please I need a reply ASAP. Thanks

My woman is pregnant, last day of menstretion was 31/7/2015, but up till now she hasn't delivered. She was given 19/5/2016 for ante natal , no complications. Is she over due? Bcs spiritual Church is tiaing it to ghost holding her baby n lots more am not apprehensive n she's OK. Plz help

I just did my sperm/ semen analysis and this is the result.
Time collected: 7:30am
Time examined: 12:33pm
volume: 5ml
core: greyish
viscosity: watery
Actively mobile: 45%
sluggishly mobile: 30%
dead forms: 25%
morphology:25% gaint head seen
others: pus cells 1-2 PHF
Total count: 45million per mil


I took the sample around 7:30 but took it to the lab around 12
don't know if it was late though the scientist said to bring it immediately .

In SFA, time matters a whole lot. It's analysis is usually 30-45 minutes after production cos anything after dat might be ruling sth else. So time must have played a crucial factor on the outcome of ur result

Back to ur question sir,
A normal sperm doesn't appear watery it's always viscoid. A watery sperm can easily be washed out after intercourse so dats one problem.

Another problem I noticed again is the morphology A big head sperm isn't a healthy one cos the big head slows down its swimming (motility) process for fertilization to take place and the presence of pus cell is indicative of an infection.

Thirdly u have somewhat a low sperm count. A normal sperm count should be >120 million / cell and urs is down dat limit

I'd recommend you repeat the test again and tell dem u se*men m/c/s included to rule out any infection. So you'd be doing SFA + se*men mcs. Pls stick to time it's very important for this particular test and pls be dere before 1hr post production.

After doing the test take the result to the requesting physician he knows what next to do.

I did the test on my own not on doctors advice.
did MCs too and no infection.
tot big head sperm is good from my findings
watery sperm hmn I tot it was due to the time frame

so what do I do to improve the quality of sperm cos I really need a baby.
