Non gravid means you ain't pregnant.

Bulky uterus means adenomyosis but I guess in your case you have uterine fibroid and your fibroid is located on the wall of your uterus
thanks what can I do now cos I don't want surgery and can I still get pregnant thanks very much
Re: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by Joygalore(f): 12:40am On Jun 11, 2016
If you aren't symptomatic, then you don't need surgery.
Yes,you can get pregnant because it is located on the wall (intramural) of the uterus.
When pregnancy becomes an issue is when it is submucous but yours isn't

Hello Doc,

We got married in October 2015 and for 8 months now we have been TTC without success.

We went for scan as my wife always complain of pain on the left side of her stomach.

The result did not show anything wrong, however the lab technician said that the only likely cause could be PID.

He requested that she goes for HVS which she did.

The result showed heavy growth of Esherichis coli.

She was placed on AUGUMETIN,which she took as prescribe.

However, she still complains of the pain and we are still TTC.

Please advice us as the situation is getting frustrating.

I have equally done semen analysis and the summary is NORMOSPERMIA.

THANK YOU.

8 months of ttc isn't enough for you to worry about.
It is after a year you can worry except your wife is 35 years and above.
Did the HVS mcs show sensitivity to Augmentin?
Is the pain in the left upper, left lower quadrant or the lumbar region?
Let her also go for abdominopelvic scan

Dr, I'm paraplegic for 10yrs+ and my girl of 3yrs+ is ready to concieve for me with any method that would make her carry our baby. She's in her early 20's while am in my late 20's.

My questions are..

The sperm in my urine, can we regard it as a sperm that can make her concieve? I doubt though but if we can make use of it,how do we go about it?

I have tried all ED drugs for erection but none is working for me and we had to result to using dildos which I know she's not too happy about but to make me happy and start a home we both desire.. Can you please pescribe a drug or what I can do to have erection?

We have read and watched alot on IUI. Pls,tell us the best process that would fit into my situation and cheap.

Thanks in advance

My bf came in me so i took a post pill, then i started bleeding on the 29th and it has not stopped. I feel tired and dizzy most of the time. Please should i be scared about the bleeding because i don't know what to do. Should i do an ultrasound or should i just be calm?

Good evening Docs in the house. I am 22weeks pregnant, and my current PCV is 22. Please what can I do to increase it? I know this is very low. Please help!!!

PCV of that range isn't sth to worry about your condition causes haemodilution since there's excess water in ur body,it will dilute the blood and ur PCV will sure drop but it's not sth to really worry much about but u can still take certain things as suggested here to boost it a bit

Good the doc prescribed vasoprin.

This should help for the retrograde ejaculation.

Is your HBP primary or secondary?
Are you on any other drugs?

what do you mean primary or secondary? It was 160/170,if that helps,I weighed 109 but weigh 92 and working on it,it even affected my eyes which resulted to blurry vision, but that is taken care of after taking eye antioxidant, I panicked,I went to a renowned chemist, gave a a brief history and said I should buy a drug name sperm load, I was experiencing fatigue whenever I take the drug,I stopped the drug. Thanks doc
Re: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by Joygalore(f): 9:22pm On Jul 03, 2016
Wow! That's pretty high
Primary is as a result of unknown cause but risk factors include obesity, sedentary life style, diabetes, diet, etc.
Secondary has a known cause which could be Endocrine, kidney diseases, congenital heart disease, etc.
I would advise you don't take any medication not prescribed by your doctor.
Good you have lost some weight.

. I should continue on the vasporin for result? Cause right am have dry ejaculation.....thanks.
Re: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by Joygalore(f): 4:32am On Jul 04, 2016
Yeah
If it continues,do see your doctor and run a urinalysis.
Switching HBP drugs actually cures it and that is what your doctor has done.
Please,do not self-medicate

Good Morning Dr., have been ttc for 4 yrs. Experience ceased period in 2015 for almost 6 months in the course of this was advised to undergo Foley catheter after a test that shows there is adhesion which I did 4 times in different months. My period flowed after the last procedure this year, I observed the flow only lasted for two days and very light not a heavy flow and didn't ovulate. Presently experiencing mild itching around my veejay. Is such flow normal?

Hello luckyG1, joygalore
Am in my early twenties, I just got a positive pregnancy test, I've been ttc for about 4 months. My last period was on the 6th of June my next period was supposed to be on the 2nd of July, but it didn't come cos I am finally pregnant. I have a cyst on my right ovary. I have been noticing a lot of discharge since yesterday at times it is brownish at other times it is more like a drop of light blood. I am really confused as I don't know if I am about to miscarry.
Please what do I do?
