See as the girl don fair finish. Met her in Lagos at the peak of her campaign with the hope of investing like 200k but my hunch was not comfortable with her and I couldn't tell why. I gave her daughter some money instead.

Although, I left trying to convince myself to invest, I was convinced to the contrary on seeing the agreement paper.

Everyone is smart until you make mistake.

Perfection belongs to God, some people give impression of being a super-human with the ability to see into the future.

The truth is, no matter how good your are in business, once in a while you just have to take risk. And it could turn either way.

I have done big business with people without any written agreement and it succeeded with no problem. Likewise, we have business mediated by a lawyer with several agreements signed and the matter is still in court for over three years while the lawyers smile to the banks as they argue back and forth.

My point here is sincerity. My late father used to say, he will prefer a word of mouth agreement with a sincere person than agreement drafted by a professor of law who is dubious. Fraudsters invest in "packaging"
