For me I listen to heartbreaking songs especially those of Adele and cry my eyes out visit people when I'm too depressed, try to cook something new or mop the floor while crying then forget the person and move on with my life.

Nah. I'm more of the pillow hugging type who would listen to Taylor Swift songs and cry my nights away. It depends on the gravity of my feelings for the person though.

Hmmnn...the 1st hrtbreak wasn't so serious because I was young and it wz a long distance relationship bt d 2nd mehn jst when I completed NYSC, started working and tot everything wz fine and 2 tink he wz getting married after much denial, I felt cheated bt I moved on very fast.
