That's ur position, That God uses this ability always. But I doubt if its good. That He is out of the sphere of time does not mean He has seen all there is in the future cos even the demons and all the angels are also outside this sphere. Are they all knowing?

One cannot regret what he already set in motion. Is that plausible to you?

If the universe was made by a noninterventionist creator, that is a being and not a nonliving matter as most theoretical physicists claim, then I don't think they can fully get how the universe was made.

Have I not posted here how I carried a 21 years born-muslim-cripple to a February crusade 2016 and he was healed by the "Only good God." What no man could do, he did it and today my convert is walking.

Also today "AND THE ENEMIES SUBMITTED" I witnessed so many miracles including a man that was brought blind to church who started see during the instant testimonies section. Please am not among those you can put in your rabbit purse. Biblical miracles are still happening as powerful and mysterious as it was in old times. I have actually watched a footage of a woman being cured of bladder cancer through "Chi-energy" (and yes it was live streaming) and a man transferring electric charges through his hands.
But the concept behind chi is not in anyway attached to religion, but "mindset, affirmations and nature", and I think that is also one of the psychological concept of the scientific "PLACEBO EFFECT".
And as we know the reason behind the placebo is still inconclusive, so don't quote me on this, I can only give u the underlying principles.

I recently read about a blind man receiving sight through placebo, and if the crippled man was limbless(or very close to) and not a relatively minor injury then i don't believe it.

Imagine, a pastor who killed his church members by laying a speaker on her. That's false doctrines, which you can never find in the bible. And in no way does it threaten the credibility of the gospel. Only insincere fools think it does!

Placebo is not effective because the ailment always comes back or like sometimes to serve as a relief . If placebo were effective , scientists would have considered it . It does not even work for everyone . Placebo does not even work on disabilities which were present ab incunabulis .The placebo effect as your explanation is rather weak .

And err , apparently your conclusion that God does not intervene is rather conjectural .
