for my first pregnancy on the day of my edd i took two spoon of castor oil around one o'clock in the afternoon and my water broke five o'clock in the evening thats how my labour started. but the thing purge me to the extend if nurse say push poo will come outside so i decided i wont use it again.


but this pregnancy have also past my edd and doctor has even booked me for induction but am planning of taking one spoon of castor oil b4 the induction date.

so the thing is that body differs and react differently. it may work for u, so if u like u can use it but remember not to take too much dose.

Am sorry to burst in with worries,pls i need sincere answers,those of you that said you dont have morning sickness throughout your pregnancy,do you mean you dont have either nausea,vomiting,spitting,headaches and the likes esp.in first trimester? d only thing i experienced was mild headache n once i sleep its over. 2 or 3 times i vomited happened wen i was brushing guess i passed my boundary n i was already in 2nd trimester den.

pls make sure u mix d apple cider with 10% water b4 using it n wash off after 30-40 minutes.
it also works for those that has warts.

Mamas with hard stools/ constipation,

After episiotomy (birthing 1st child) and after cerclage placement in this pregnancy, Dr prescribed 15ml of Lactulose solution twice daily to help bowel movement. He however mentioned that Lactulose requires you to drink lots of water as it works by drawing water into colon in order to soften stool.

Pls note that I am only speaking of my own experience and no necessarily prescribing same for you

Read of your birthing position and googled some with interest; it makes absolute sense to work with gravity like you did. But I have requested epidural in my birth plan/request so I will be on my back. If I however don't get epidural for any reason, I will make sure to keep your BS in mind and give it a try.

A friend told me same thing. That birthing on all fours was super easy for her. I told my doc and midwives during ANC and they laughed at me. Lol

I actually use fresh tomatoes to make my banga, n during scarcity of tomatoes I substitute wt sachet tomatoes...
I looove looove banga, but laziness to make am don set in big time.

When you think you spoiled your Banga soup by imitating a friend to add satchet tomatoes to your soup and your husband still licks the plate .
I remember Banga rice sold on wheel barrows in Delta when I spent two months camping with a family that hardly cook cos I was trying some traditional midwife method to try saving a pregnancy. The rice cheap but eh dey sweet.

Finally, my incision has covered up. Thanks to everyone who helped out. I pray it doesn't open up again.

Mamas that have gone through a C-Section, please how long did it take you to start doing these things...

-Driving
-Wearing heels
-Taking cold drinks

And does anyone know the moniker of the member here who sells the postpartum belt? Want to start working on my stomach so it can be flat totally.
