The result say I have an septate and anechoic cyst of 55m X 44mm and an hypoechoic mass noted at the submuciod level of the uterus and it measures 13 mm x13mm its slightly impinges on the endometrial plate. At the bottom he wrote an ovarian cyst and submucosal fibroid. The reason I went for the test is that since Aug I and my husband has been trying to get pregnant and av bin monitoring my cycle which is normally 27days regular; but the last period was painful and d pains lasted 2days with heavy nd thick clots in between which is unusual (period lasted four days but stained pants with brown stains lasted 7days)the pain was majorly on my stomach and it felt like i was having indigestion from eating apple which is unusual if i want to urinate my lower abdominal area will pain me after urinating it will relief me the lab Scientist pressed my right side if am feeling any pain cuz of d cyst I said no....so my questions goes does what are my chances of getting pregnant with 13 mm x10 mm submucosal fibroid? The uterus(womb) is a pelvic organ.It comprises mainly of four layers.First layer is the mucosa.This is the innermost layer and majorly contains the zones meant for menstruation.Usually,fibroid in this layer is usually less symptomatic and possesses least percent to affect fertility.

Second,Submucosa layer is next behind the mucosa layer.It contains mainly soft connective tissues.Degree of severity of fibroid increases as it spreads outward.However,at this level the change to fertility is not adversely affected.This implies that submucoid mass really may not affects an adult female fertility.

Muscular and the serosal layers are considerable layers for uterine mass.However,a much more definitive form of this mass situated at the cornu(point of exit of the tube into the body cavity of the uterus) has a good chance to cause infertility due to narrowing of the tube at that place.This kind of fibroid is said to be intra-mural-largely for position not for the layers.Fortunately,you weren't posed to have such on implication.

Submucosa fibroid is usually symptomatic because this very layer of the womb contains good blood supply,it has a likelihood for bleeding for any opportunistic tendency.Also base in this layers are special nerve network,compression of these network can provoke pains or cramps.As a submucosal mass gets bigger,we have two choice where it could lay it bulks-inner or outward.Inner is the mucosa(more bleeding less urination freq) or outward,muscular(more bleeding and increase urination freq).In both,symptoms increase but fertility may or may not be affected.

Ovarian cyst could be functional or non-functional.An ovarian cyst is functional when this kind of cyst develops from the menstrual responsibility of the matured ovarian follicle.It is usually symptomatic but does not affect ones fertility in a good percentage.Since,the laboratory scientist didn't mark any adverse limit to your suppose ovarian cyst,it may be an assumed functional cyst.

If you have an ovarian cyst,what is the dimension of the cyst? Have you discuss its consequences with your doctor? Will it affect your menstrual cycle? Do I really need a treatment for a functional ovarian cyst? How long should I wait before i seek treatment for a functional ovarian cyst? Do I need to be in Ovulation-induction drugs? Do I need to be in birth control pills?

Do seek the help of a qualified doctor,ask these questions.I am so sure you shall have by then directions to have this squabbles squashed.

I've done two blood PT on sat and mon respectively and dey were positive. I went for scan (TVS), here is the picture clip of d result... pls I need the interpretation.

NB:- I was given progesterone injection on sat to stop d bleeding but it didn't stop.

If you have cause to worry regarding this change in body state,it is expected that you may need some help from reliable health agents such as a Doctor,Psycologist, Dietitian and a Therapist of such in tune to your worries.It's worthy to know that each should at some limit access;

1)your psychological being regarding stress and how you attend to stress(job,family,school,relationships,behaviour to food etc).Do you starve? Are you happy? What is wrong? And others lot more.

2)your normal body function.Is it necessary to know something how your liver and thyroid gland function? What about the other visceras of the body that are in homeostasis to see that this wasting condition is always tamed?

3)Diseased conditions that usual wasters of the body.Do you really have any condition is eating off your body fats and amino acids of your body musculature? What about the bones?

Am sorry ma,it is usually never done this way.Your case of bleeding in conception requires help from a direct physical doctor as this is to avoid further injury to wound.

I find it dificult to eat some times but I will try to improve my eating habit for a month and if there is no changes.i will go and see a health worker. Thanks for your response

hello , please don't get yourself worried now , I have passed through similar thing's with you , I will only asked you not to allow your worries show to your husband , you can get pregnant even without seeing your period , stop getting worried, just go ahead with your wedding plans
