She used Athrotec (contains misoprostol) for abortion (3weeks+ pregnancy). And after 4 days now, there's been no blood. Also, she's been stooling. Wouldn't go to the hospital. Any advice please?
Should she use yet another dose?

It means you are ok and free of infection down there and has nothing to do with pregnancy as stated by another follower

Are you having fibroid/ovarian cyst? Apple cider vinegar(ACV) and organic blackstrap molasses(unsulphured) is your best bet. You can check previous threads on that or alternative to conceive thread. You can also Google search this two products. To order for apple cider and blackstrap molasses call/watsapp Segun Brown on 07033934416.

Nice work here doctors!
Need clarity on some issues;
1) I can't sleep most nights from 2am and not because I have anything to do up.
2) I have irregular menstrual cycle and once am stressed (have exams or deadline to meet) It won't come for weeks to months but I'd have all the symptoms like cramps, pimples etc, how do I correct this?
3) How do I know my ovulation period to try for a baby?
Thanks in anticipation.

It will be advisable u post the reference values alongside the result so that when the doctors come around, they can easily interprete it for u.

We cannot emphasize enough the importance of hanging out with other women who are doing what you’re doing. Swaddling, nursing, trying out bottles, using front carriers, swings – these are some of the things you’ll discuss. But there are also the sensitive issues of body image, careers, and relationships.

It’s quite likely that you and your partner are experiencing parenting a little differently. Finding other women with whom you can share your experiences is important. Furthermore, it is an excellent motivator to get you out of the house.

The First Time Moms’ group (Nigeria) is a wonderful opportunity to meet other new mothers, and to speak honestly about the challenges and joys of this important change of life! Take time for yourself to talk through big changes and connect with and support other women on the same journey.

Hello doctors in the house. please i went for a pelvic scan because i have not seen my period in three months and am 30 years old and below was what the scan revealed though i also did a hormonal test but that result is not yet out.
Can this be explained to me in details and if possible what questions should i ask the doctor when i go to see him with the result.
Uterus is normal in size, non-gravid and anteverted in position.
Uterine cavity is empty, no gestational sac noted.
Myometrium is smooth and homogenous in outline
No ovarian mass seen.
Adnexa are free bilaterally.
Mild fluid collection is noted in the pouch of Douglas.
Urinary bladder is regular in outline with echo free urine.
IMPRESSION: ? PID otherwise normal pelvic findings.
HVS is advised
thank you.

From this it shows there's no evidence of pregnancy anywhere but something is queried which will require further test as suggested to confirm what's been suspected
